Thank you for talking about how much product is in these!! I have found this to be true in many cases. When some drugstore brands came out with dupes for the Laniege sleeping mask, the amount of product was so small that the Laniege was still the best buy! I also have to say I'm not a fan of skincare in makeup. I have sensitive skin and have worked hard to develop my skincare routines, so I don't want to add any more active ingredients. I think it is a marketing strategy to charge higher prices!!

Elf sunscreen primer does not burn my eyes. Supergoop was thee worst burning in my eyes, EVER! Even after the initial burning sensation my eye felt irritated the entire day. 😢 love the elf one, myself! They are not comparable in their texture either. It’s just the packaging that looks semi similar ❤ wuv ya

On the Flower lip product, I actually prefer less as the likelihood that I will use something up before it has to be tossed is next to nil. So, a smaller amount is just fine by me. I get your point, though.

Thank you for reminding us to always check the price per ounce! I’ve been using Cotz flawless complexion tinted mineral spf 50 sunscreen. It’s $27.50 at Ulta but you get 2.5 ounces which makes the price pretty reasonable.

I don't mind if something looks like a dupe. I myself don't care as long as it's not duping a small indie brand. I just don't see the problem. It's not like the people who buy the high end version is going to buy the dupe. Most people who buy higher end only buy that. And most people who would buy the dupe wouldn't buy the high end stuff because they either can't afford or don't want to spend that much. So it's not like it's taking customers from the high end brand. I hope that made sense lol 😜

Love your honesty and hard work. Glad to hear your perspective 😊. I do really like the essence new baked blushes. I got two shades. But can't remember the shades. Maybe goldy cassis it's like a purple toned one. And cool coral. I looked it up. I also love their new small baby got blush blush sticks. I have rose, peaches and cream, tickle me pink. Super bendable. 👌 I also got two of the la girl 4 pan palettes. But Ulta strikes again and shipped them with no protection so they arrived shattered.

This is a fantastic video! Thank you for trying these new products. My favorite sunscreen for summer is the Australian Gold tinted SPF 50 in light but it's too dark for me in the winter and too drying. My two favorites for winter are the Sun Bum tinted SPF 30 which is buttery and more moisturizing but matte finish which I wear on no makeup days and the Cetaphil sheer mineral face liquid spf 50 that acts like a beautiful primer under foundation and makeup

I understand your point about the flower beauty lip product but I actually like that it has less product, I find most make up products to be too big and I can't always get through them before they expire etc, even mascara! Having said that, they should have made the packaging smaller as that's part of the issue too.

I found that pink blush shade you chose is a really glittery one, try another to be sure you don’t like them. I have the light mauve shade and isn’t glittery or patchy, very smooth and glowy

I guess I live under a rock b/c I haven't heard of any drama regarding a RU-vidr and mascara... But I do love your reviews and will continue to watch. I appreciate the fact that you, too, have oilier skin like myself so I can trust your SPF recommendations! And that Pure Nude blush is gorgeous! Yes you can hear the difference between the blush & the highlighter but as long as it wore well, I'd say it's a keeper. You look stunning with that shade!! (And yes, I adore the Essence price points, too!!!)

Hi Taylor. I'm usually a mineral sunscreen user, but the Elf sunscreen peaked my interest. I absolutely love it. I wish the SPF was higher, but it plays so nicely under makeup. The NYX Blur foundation would be a no for me, since my skin is dry. And I think the same for the Essence foundation. The LA Girl eyeshadow palette looks so pretty. The Pink Flush blush is a beautiful shade, it's a shame that it's chalky. People do need to compare the weight of the products that are supposedly dupes. Thanks Taylor. I so appreciate your honesty. I read the reviews on Ulta and people are giving it bad reviews because of the shade range. I agree it’s awful but that doesn’t speak to how it works. Thank you for your reviews on these products. I was going to buy the NYX blur but not with my dry skin! I’m bummed because I love NYX but I have enough foundation that works for me.
