I went to cosmetology school! Does your hair stretch and snap when it's wet? If so I have two perfect intensive repair products for you. But your hair needs equal parts protein and moisture. Protein adds the structure to your hair but it can cause dryness which is why you need moisture too, for flexibility. Redken Extreme hair line is amazing. You can read their descriptions on Ulta or where ever, and just pick what one(s) would fit into your hair routine well. But like I said you need moisture too. The Redken All Soft line I highly recommend. Argan oil is also a GREAT leave-in product you can use in addition with any other leave in product, or even as a mask. HUGE thing though--your scalp is the only thing that needs scrubbing. The rest of your hair will get clean by water and the shampoo running off your scalp. So DON'T purposely put shampoo on your midshafts and ends of your hair and don't scrub your hair. I even condition the middle to ends first to protect them from shampoo stripping them of the good natural oils. Be very careful when towel drying. Squeeze the water out, don't do the twist and wring it out. Don't wrap your hair tightly and don't "scrub" it dry with a towel. If you can dry your hair with a t-shirt it will decrease the frizz. Your hair is at its WEAKEST when it's wet. Comb carefully from ends up. Don't sleep on it wet but if you have to, wrap it in a t-shirt. Braids are very protective hair styles.

@@TresChicMama yes it is helps with breakage bc you're not just tying it up in an elastic. The braid gives it structure. Braids also give you great waves!
Love you and Sydney! Hair growth starts from the inside out so eat foods like eggs, sweet potatoes, salmon, berries spinach etc. My hair grows like a weed when I eat all those types of things, maybe try it and see. Either way your hair is gorgeous the way it is!

AG Keratin mask has been my favorite by far. When I was in beauty school my hair went through a lot and that helped so much! Plus it smells like cake batter 🤤 And it’s a 10 leave in!
Not sure if this will help maintain your blonde by reducing getting your hair colored at the salon. I’m a natural blonde but I use John Frieda highlight spray, retails around 9.99 usually. I spray the whole bottle on my hair within 1-2 weeks before blowdrying and it helps highlight your hair and maintain being blonde alternating once a week with purple shampoo. Everyone asks if I color my hair and all I use is the highlight spray and purple shampoo. I also tend to spray more on the roots as this grows out to the ends over time, it also helps me manage the lightness of my blonde. 😊
Tres Chic Mama id suggest looking at before and afters! Or RU-vid reviews. I love that stuff and swear by it. You can spray every day, every other day or once a week. The great thing about it is you maintain the lightness of your blonde! Hope this helps 😊

There's plenty of time to do Christmas during Advent and you can keep Christmas things up the whole 12 days of Christmas that end with Epiphany on January 6th. It's lovely on New Year's Eve to sit with a warm drink and Christmas breads and just the lights of the Christmas tree on because it's still the holiday. And they are happy decorations to still have up for the next day's football or parades or whatever you watch or do with holiday guests to initiate 2020. So good that the birthday boy's mother didn't let him destroy the cake. Where did Americans come up with this gross idea of being wantonly wasteful amidst a world in need? It is a truly ugly, relatively new tradition that people should just end. And it does not show respect for the work that earned the wages to buy it or the effort put into baking and decorating it. So craftsmanship is disrespected as well. The children seem to play together so well. With new year's resolutions appropriate once the busyness of the holidays ends, it will be good for you to have a plan for yourself by then to start 2020 with a refreshed schedule. It is fine to go to bed at midnight nightly if you are fine getting up at 6am and fell asleep immediately, etc. But if you tend to get busy and let the bedtime slide back later and later and not get up early to fit some things in for you or your work, then it makes sense to reorganize your time to something that allows you to be rested and have the best memory and happiest temperament possible. A doctor once asked me how much R'n'R time I was getting. I told him I got a solid 6 hours sleep per night. He told me he had asked about my waking rest & relaxation time, my unwind/down time, not how long I slept. So schedule that in, too.
Check out Redken Extreme Anti-Snap Leave-in Treatment, it’s a leave-in protein lotion that smells like lollies and is great for breakage/damage. Olaplex 3 and 7, low/no heat, heat protectant lotion and sleep with a silk pillowcase if possible. Check out Shonagh Scott’s videos as she has some good hairs ones and bleached her hair too.
If you need a good hair mask I highly recommend the Briogeo deep conditioning mask. I like I can put it in my hair while I'm in the shower, leave it in while shaving and then rinse before I get out. It has made a huge difference in my ends!
Try washing your hair only 1-2 times per week and embrace your natural hair style😊 I hate my natural hair so much so day 1&2 I do nothing with it but by the 3rd day it’s flattened out and not as curly😂
sj carman I only wash about 2x a week haha But is I leave it curly I feel like I can only get a couple days of ok looking hair out of it before I wash again 🤦♀️😆 I’m like you!!

I have long bleached hair. And I always put hair oil in my hair after showers. Argan oil is my favorite at the moment. Oil really makes a difference when you use it daily on damp hair. Give it a try
Also warm coconut oil for a hair mask works too. I leave it on for up to a HR then wash it out but You can leave it on as long as you want. Puting a tiny bit of coconut oil in your bath water is amazing your skin will feel so soft i do this for my daughter all the time.

Hi Hayley! Did you buy the mug with the pink lid and flowers for Sydney off Amazon? Everything I buy seems to leak somehow. As for your hair a lot of people here seem to take yeast gelules for better growth. I was wondering whether there might be a link with you not eating fish for example as it contains omega 3 and I think they also contribute to hydration etc ... Just an idea... Kiss to you both x
Sandy Colin Sydney’s cup is from Target but it leaks 🤦♀️ She used to bite the spout and it’s open now. You may be onto something with the omegas!! I need to start supplementing that again. It definitely makes a difference
Is your hair curly/wavy? You should let it go natural ! I’m so jealous of people who have wave in their hair - mine is stick straight ! It’s like the saying , everyone wants the opposite of what they have 😆
