A Seattle native now suffering in Southern California, Dustin Nickerson is an in-demand comic on the rise. In 2020, he released his debut comedy special, "Overwhelmed," which is currently one of the highest-rated specials on Amazon Prime Video.

He’s also the author of "How to be Married to Melissa," an Amazon #1 New Release published by Harper Collins in June 2022.
Dustin describes himself as “the world’s most average person” but is far from it when on stage. He brings you into his life through his jokes about the struggles of parenting, marriage, and being generally annoyed by most people.

I used "deadpan" in the following narrow way: the delivery of a funny or shocking sentence in a serious tone, i.e., without the usual chuckle-snort of those who want to convey that they are only joking. I view the chuckle-snort as destroying the joke, and I value professional comedians for avoiding this. Listen to Sarah Silverman talk about something that is sexually shocking. She never breaks character. The seriousness of her delivery is part of why it's funny. People who change the tone of their voice so that the listener knows they are not being serious should not be telling jokes. I'm for deadpan all the way. @@dawnfire82

I love that COVID is mentioned in the video as a setting for the story and I've got an NHS pop up coming up at the bottom of the video to try and keep me aware of any misinformation about COVID 😂 What's it taking issue with? "WARNING: Hula-hooping isn't an effective measure against Coronavirus"? 🤣

Lacteze tablets. They give you the emyzemes to digest lactose. I keep some around for my lactose intolerant neice, in case there's an ice cream van going by. "Okay, but take this first"

@@Seetiyanmost definitely there are some thing I cannot eat even with them and I used to use one but now I have to use two for things sometimes 3 or 4 because my intolerance is worse, that one bite of yogurt would’ve messed me up so bad I would not be able to last 15 minutes let alone 1 min

@@JlNXEDI feel you, as even at my best tolerance the tablets only made things worse. I gave up on dairy as things got so bad it was better to dodge it than spend weeks after a small amount ruining my life. Found out it's not just lactose that was triggering my problems but, the proteins in dairy. In the US only lactose intolerance is really talked about but, you can also be intolerant to the proteins without an allergic response.
