The presentation went well! I'm currently almost a year into my new role. I practiced the presentation a lot and made sure that I covered all the points of the prompt they provided. I also made sure I could defend and expound on any of the points in my presentation.

Hello, I have a degree in computer science and I currently have 7 years of work experience where I worked for Global service desk, System Admin and Product Support in the IT field. I now want to switch to CSM. I don't have any experience but I've worked closely with customers either through call, mail, etc and I know I'm good with them. That is a skill that I have but for CSM I have no experience at all in this field but I really do want to switch from IT to CSM. Any advice, please?
