Thank you!! I'm new to trying to learn Spanish. I'm doing it on my phone. I had not been exposed to andar or pasear till now. So I'm really looking forward to your next class. Thank you again.

Awesome video. The best explanation I've ever heard. Question, if a person is walking to get some exercise, e.g. 'I'm going for a walk', versus just taking a walk to relax, is caminar the best choice?

Yep. If you say 'Dos veces por semana, voy a caminar por la costa', everybody will understand that the purpose of doing so is the walking itself. If you said 'voy a pasear' they'd think you do so for enjoyment.

Who says "take a walk"? I take my dog for a walk but I go for a walk in the centre of the city.
