One of the top questions I get…what is the difference between recognized poomsae and freestyle poomsae? Here I go over basic rules and divisions associated with each!

04:05 Freestyle says Individual/Pair - U-17 & O-17. what about the team ? Is it just going to be One Team that is 12 years and Over ?

Hi Master AJ! This is great information! I was wondering if you can help me understand what the age ranges are for senior 1 vs senior 2? Also, what degree/dan is master 1, 2, vs 3?

Namrata Upadhyaya Senior 1 is 18-30, Senior 2 is 30-40. Masters divisions are not separated by rank, only age brackets. www.worldtaekwondo.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Poomsae_Competition_Rules_and_Interpretation_In_force_as_of_May_14_2019.pdf

I have 1 question that is in the Free style poomse there is no.. Specific Limitations ? I mean recognized poomse have Specific Forms in the same it is not in freestyle na ?
