Listening is a vital element in effective communication skills. It can be a key part of relationship building. We all have different listening styles, and may use different #listening styles at different times, but most likely have a preferred style.
Check out these five listening styles and see if you can spot your preferred listening style. If you feel really brave, ask some of your colleagues, or personal friends to check out the video and then say which they believe is your listening style. You might be surprised by what you hear.
