[Sorry for previous comments -- phone is acting up]. Here's my favorite She-Hulk strategy: Spider-Woman in Aggression/Leadership. Boot Camp, Mighty Avengers, Team Training. A lot of build-up, but by the end, She-Hulk swung for 7.
Multiplayer/2-Handed: I usually use She Hulk for damage unless threat is really a problem. In addition to buffing her HP I like running her in Adam Warlock or SpiderWoman to keep her alive with either his hero action or a MedTeam. I also only run her when there are other targets that benefit from healing/health increase. Examples) Giant Man or Captain Marvel Signature Ally in Spider Woman.
Weird combo Ive used with she hulk is in a star lord aggression deck. As star lord you can give her an energy spear, which will give her 7 atk once her damage is built up. 8 atk with boot camp. I also run 'as one' to add her attack with other allies, ideally with their own energy spear. Takes a while to set up so maybe not great in solo, but she hulk with 8 atk plus, say a cheap wasp with 3+2 from energy spear+1 from boot camp = 14 damage hit from each As One. And no consequential damage from this so you could do it multiple times.
Drop kick usage depends on the hero/resource generators in the deck, as if you're not getting the kicker its not generally worth playing. So it depends on how easily you can generate wild or physical resources (hi Colossus). She-hulk I do find too expensive to throw in unless theres a specific plan. Gone are the days you can just throw 3 Honorary Avenger's on her :P. I really like using her in L/A Spiderwoman which is a pretty fun Voltron deck.
