As a broad swath, they violated fire regulations (by being over capacity, amongst others), willfully caused harm, willfully put people at risk, and arguably defrauded attendees. Again, this is not getting into the fiddly laws and regulations being violated or broken or even touching on everything they've done wrong. This, naturally, reflects poorly on Tana and anyone involved in coordinating the event and acknowledging it would put them in the sticky situation of accountability. Ignore it, and no one beyond the handful of people trained in insurance who are aware of the situation will ever truly know the wrong done.
