As a Sheffield United fan who knows the reality of what we've dealt with, this is completely unrealistic I'm afraid. Easily agreeing a new contract with Berge and selling Davies, Norwood and Fleck for those sums was outrageous. Also odd how Ndiaye had a 4 year deal. I'll have to start as a different team on FM24 😅 Great video though 👍🏻

Really good and refreshing video for the channel, generally not a fan of these rebuild videos compared to regular playthroughs but they make for really good pallet cleansers

Hey Kev, great video, a little different but very much enjoyable. Would love to see you do more of this kind of one off video maybe with some of the more interesting club situations, such as Derby County, Notts County, Chesterfield, Birmingham City etc etc I'm sure there are others too.

I like these story rebuild videos a lot, well done on this one! Man you aren't kidding about the FM staple of a red card in a final though, twice already in this "early access" I've had my team get a red card and penalty in a final, getting an equalizer only to lose on a goal in the 90+ minute. It's so obvious when FM wants you to lose, isn't it?

Great stuff Kev - oh i needed that rebuild if only it had been that simple Berge woudnt sign and neither would Ndiaye so we had no option but to sell them for some money, although i think Hecky must have been watching you assuming we beat BHA this afternoon. I have a real world Beta save going and am about 7th in Nov but got rid of the back 5 rubbish

People do need to remember they almost went bust last year and never expected to get to the prem. They're absolutely doing the right thing for the future of the club- cashing in on their best players, banking a year of Premier league money and a year of parachute payments and not spending anything. It's the best for their long term future.

im starting to think fm24 is a little bit too easy struggled first season with brighton and now only singing a few players likes of colwill,scalvini,fati,samu omorodion,Khephren Thuram,Adrian Mazilu, Donny van de Beek, Adam Wharton already won the league in my second season and in the final of the champions league

No I fully understand that's how they work in real life and its the games fault for not giving any reprocussions. But I just think with this scenario just have to think as sheffield united would never have spent that personally for me would have been more interesting seeing what you could do with the budget they spent. And trying to spend that money better than they did.

The player moral in fm is a joke its supposed to be a simulation game so why are they so hell bent on this, you rarley if ever see it in real life can u imagine city downing tools because you rested haaland for 1 game against the bottom team at home or 20 angry players because kalvin Phillips ain't playing.
