I am watching the video and I want to give thousand of thanks, you helped me soooo much in my dribbling get faster, etc.... PD: you are such a good player!! Keep doing what you do!!
I hate when people try to give nutritional advice, and this always happens: "I don't eat wheat/gluten because I've done research and it's not good for you. I'm not sure exactly why but it's just bad for you." I just wish I knew what tiny amount of research was enough to convince you to completely cut out a major food group without actually explaining why lol.
Tuna is having on 100g 24g proteine and it only cost 5 euro a kilo. Cashewnuts is a great source of healthy fats an magnesium and also has 19g proteine per 100g.
hey there, Thanks for this video, I really enjoyed it. I was wondering if you can do a video about nutrition, but with a program this time please: - what to eat at breakfast -lunch? -before sport/training/match? -after? ... thanks in advance for your advices ; )
Well It doesn’t really matter much what time of the day you eat at a specific time of the day. The only thing that you should consider is eating a good amount of carbs before you’re active.
CONGRATULATIONS ON 100 K SUBS BRO :)u honestly help me improve my game so much .. thank you for making these videos ! hope to see loads more in the future
I put 5 almonds in water before going to bed and the next morning i skin and eat them....also i take 2% milk, coriander(cilantro), tofu cheese, thai green chilli, ginger, cumin seed, cardmom, black chickpeas, walnuts etc
Hey Toby, in what stores do you buy those "Popped Chips", I'm all about healthy alternatives, people often are amazed at why I don't like fried chips like lays and such.
great video mate, but what do I do if I do not enjoy the taste of a lot of these healthier choices,I enjoy most fruits and a few vegetables but I dont like items that can be used as main courses for a good lunch like salad. What do you suggest?
@progresivesoccer is this healthy for a 14 year old, I usually have a healthy diet natural but I feel like i don't have energy throughout the day and if will this make my performances in soccer better?, I do a lot of conditioning and feel like I get really tired in games do you know about that?? Please respond!🙏
Eat before because eating before practices or games will give u energy for the game because then u can burn the fat while if u eat after u will instead of burning off fat the fat will stored and will mean u gain weight in a bad way, but if u eat before eat something good instead of fatty foods.
Hiii... We have been busy playing inter college tournaments for the past 2 months. So i think this hectic schedule... practicing everyday, playing matches has taken a toll on my body and now my lower back hurts(i don't have any history of back pain). Can u give me some advice or instruction
Wow you almost eat everything I eat XDDDD! Especially the snacks it's almost identical. I love those seaweeds! I also eat a lot of fish. Ones that I particularly like are tilapia and salmon filets from Costco. Their one filet of tilapia is only 100 Cal but it gives you 20 g of protein (so that's essentially all protein lol); pretty good pretty good. I put some "spice mix for fish" on it, microwave it for 3 mins, and tada (nice and tasty)! As for salmon it's salt plus lemon juice, tastes GREAT! For any other meat such as chicken breasts (little lemon juice for this) or steak I just cook with salt and pepper and a little bit of vegetable oil which is quite the same condiments you use! So convenient and taste so good! Each type of meat has its own flavour and I enjoy exploring different tastes they offer. Just a side note here: for lamb racks put salt and cumin and it tastes like HEAVEN!
dylan pls can u make video on how to get rid ove injuries upto some extent..i fear injuries like aaron ramsey, djibril cisse oh so horrific..pls give some detail on this..it would be helpful thanks
I have coeliac and when we eat wheat our stomach swells up and internally we can get cuts in our stomach and intestines. Additionally, we have villi with a tiny surface area compared to the villi in a normal persons intestine and therefore we don't digest food as well as normal people do. You can still eat pasta and bread but just gluten free pasta and bread. There are also tons of snacks as well
How can you play soccer and NOT eat pasta? are you kidding me? Its the best energy source, for me at least. I always eat pasta at gameday. Everything in moderation tho, Ofcourse a BIG BOWL of pasta will mess you up.
Hey man, really appreciate the video big time , thanks ....... So you telling me you never eat bread or cereal ? and is a Fruit salad with Yoghurt as the dressing a healthy snack for a soccer player ?
i used to eat like 10 portions of food every meal but around a year ago something happened and i stopped eating, less than the average person, do i have a sickness or something?
Don't you get hungry a lot with all the veggies you eat? Because I tried doing this and I do need more foods that will fill me up like proteins and starchy carbs.... I guess my question really is how big of a meal do you eat? And how full does it make you? How many calories, etc..? Thanks
+Arjen Robben What I've started doing after doing a bit of research myself is if you freeze a lemon and lime and grate it, skin as well in to water or when you make a smoothie you get a lot more vitamins and minerals from the skin as well
Not saying this is bad at all, I learned a few things here but the title is a bit misleading. I was hoping to learn how to eat specifically for playing soccer or running.
For the most part I’d have to say u eat pretty healthy but one thing u shouldn’t do is heat up your olive oil because it takes away the nutrition and becomes unhealthy but a heathy alternative to olive oil is coconut oil. And a few more tips are organic vegetables are way better for u and u need a healthy dressing especially without soy.
I eat a lot of fruits, but vegetables I never eat. I only eat it in soup once a month, but I am trying to get into eating vegetable salads. Can you give some tips on how to get into vegetables? Thanks
Vegan diets are the most beneficial no matter what you are trying to do. There were some good points in this vid like eat till ur fulll and drink lots of water but you dont need crazy amounts of protein. Get protein form nuts and seeds and you will be fine. Eat at least 6 cups of fresh vegetables/fruits *mainly vegetables tho. Overall go for a high carb low fat diet and eat whole grains rather then white breads. If you dont trust me (tbh why would u) then look it up, theres a lot of good information out there. One last thing, majority of studies show its okay to eat wheat, eat away, just dont eat meat, dairy, eggs, and honey is up to you. Honey technically isnt vegan but its a better sweetner than sugar
you dont know what you're talking about kid. Milk is loaded with growth hormones that can cause growth defects and early puberty. Milk is very fattening and if you get fat free milk its even worse for you because the've tampered with it so much. Almond milk has more calcium and the same protein. Soy milk has same calcium and more protein
oPtimus milk contains a lot of vitamins and minerals and is in itself a wholesome food, come on! its supposed to be the only food for a calf for quite a while. Also it has high quality protein which will help with sports and building muscles in general. If you have milk in moderation, the fat shouldnt cause a great deal of problem, in fact you do need calories, so why not take them from a good wholesome source of nutrition as milk. but whatever floats your boat kiddo
Mamba I've gotta say i smiled when i saw how big your comment waws. You do know your stuff but milk still isnt good for you. You said it raises calfs for the first years of their lives. We are humans in our not first years of life. It does have some vitamins and minerals but you'll get more thatn enough if you eat your vegetables. Again milk has growth hormones which can scew you over( and causes acne)
