Dr Nadeemul Haque has a point quite similar to India because Pakistan never had an opportunity to design their own systems and institutions. Dictators copied india hence their problems are exactly that of India. He is talking about EV’s ( Electric Vehicles) without taking into account if they have enough electricity. In fact Pakistan is running their power grids on petrol hence EV is a foolishness even in India until we develop equivalent solar generation.
