You could definitely tell. But, as the cars, the robots need to learn from humans. So earning money for the remote controlled robots' applications while solving the issue is quite a standard Elon idea.

Until I have a robot washing my dishes, I won't say that any company is ahead or behind in the race. Nobody's made a usable and affordable product yet; this market still is up for grabs.

By now, we all know Tesla things will be late. Years late. Remote controlling the robots is disappointing but they have more prominently showed them. We haven't seen events from Boston Scientific for example. They've been making robots for way longer
