What the FICA? 

thanks for highlighting the issues with FICA. unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. we, Singaporeans already given PAP a blank cheque. since majority of singaporeans like to be controlled / abused by PAP, let it be, we deserved it.

The FICA bill was not rushed. It was moated about two years ago and have been discussed since then. The problems in Hong Kong, Thailand and Myanmar have made this bill more urgent. Some of those who objected to this bill are probably worried that they cannot do what they have been doing.

In Italy FICA is very important, we always value the FICA before many other things.

Can this bill used for occurences happening before 4th Oct? that is before this bill is passed.
