A butler’s pantry is not the same as a scullery. A butler’s pantry is a service station from which a meal is served. A scullery is where things are washed.
yea i always called the scullery the dish washing station in catering but, that’s what my research told me so perhaps some people use it interchangeably?
Italians have had the "2nd kitchen" concept forever. The only drawback was that they were usually in our basements. The kitchen off the kitchen concept like this is much more functional!
