Лимец (limetz) is Einkorn in English ;) The oldest kind of wheat,before the hybridization madness.Normally boza is not made with Einkorn-so thats some rare special kind of boza ;)

I found it biomag.bg/boza-ot-limec-500ml-harmonica Its really a superb product ,it seems!It contains only bio-Einkorn,water and raw cane sugar ! I wasnt aware they make such in Bulgaria already! I must try it the next time I go there!

You can do it Louis! Cyrillic alphabet is actually easier to remember then you expect, it won't take long and once you've learned it you can read and figure out the meaning of those very basic words that are the same in almost every language like coffee, photo, theatre, metro, restaurant and stuff like that... It's very useful and cool! Great vid as always! Lots of love to both of you! Xxxxx

The drink with limec seeds is called bozza(боза). It's very popular in Bulgaria and suits perfect with banica. You should not miss to try also and lutenica! Enjoy yourself.

You should try that drink (Boza) in Apche sweetshop (near Universal Hall at Partizan boulevard) in Skopje, Macedonia. It taste different and lot of people say way better.
