I think you got sth confused there, the Fate Stitcher isn't one of the forgotten gods, it's grandma Morrigan. That's her title. Still nothing to be trifled with, but not quite a deity.

Great episode as always :) it's good to have the podcast back. Are you ever going to start uploading your streams to the VOD channel again? I usually don't have time to watch the pre-game streams live but it's nice hearing all of the discussion when I get a chance to.

55:30 two things 1) Do you think the Divine Gate is enough to hold Predathos? Because on the one hand, the thing holding it now seems to be similar to the Divine Gate, so it seems likely, but if that were the case, the gods would have nothing to fear, right? It couldn't leave the Prime Material Plane. Ofc that would probably still be _bad news_ for the PMP, and perhaps indirectly for the gods (loosing all their followers probably wouldn't be good for them), but it couldn't actually _get_ to the gods to eat them. 2) And this is sort of a horrifying meta thought I had listening to you speak about it instantly devouring all the gods. CR has been moving away from using WotC copyrighted stuff in their content for a while. So what if you're right, this _is_ heading to a Calamity level, age-ending event, where the whole WotC pantheon is eradicated? And then, moving forward, maybe new (CR original) deities take over? They'd have to explain where they suddenly came from, but I've even got an idea for that. What if, in her last death throes, the Knowing Mistress, or even the Raven Queen herself gives up the knowledge for the Ritual of Seeding? Because they know that if there are no deities to watch over all of the different domains, Exandria will return to the hostile, chaotic mess of elemental forces it was before they arrived. And they do in fact care about their creations, even if some of them brought about their end. And so some mortals step up, to take the places of the Prime Dieties and even the Betrayer Gods, because darkness and hunger and corruption and such still need guardians. It would be an unholy mess of a power struggle, if suddenly _everyone_ had the ability to become a god though, so maybe only the most trusted champions of the Prime Dieties are trusted with that knowledge. So, what I'm saying is, what if Vox Machina (and maybe even some of the M9, BH, who knows) becomes immortalized (pun intended) as part of the new Critical Role Pantheon? Ok, I realise it's a bit far fetched, but my brain just kind of ran away with me and I had to put it down somewhere.
