Yeah, you'd stack both bleeds but the fundamental issue is that it's still better to take another shot or swing instead of waiting for DoT. It's just a fundamental issue to DoT.

Quick question. I bought the SS underarmour when she was at Whitespring last week I supposedly learnt the plan as normal but cannot find out how to actually craft it. I'm level 130, is there any other criteria that applies for this, it is not showing to craft in the armour bench so I don't know what's going on now :)
That's the way it's supposed to work, you go to the armor workbench and craft the underarmor. It should be there, I forget the section. Also, make sure you bought the plans for the underarmor, not a mod. Sometimes the plan name can be obscured and you have to go into inspect mode to see the full name. You can double check at Vault 79's gold vendor. If the plan's not learned then you probably bought a mod.
