I am a disabled American and I feel so bless and these video make me stop complaining so much man I have grandchildren am raising with disabilities,the school bus picks them up at my front door,I still cry sometimes to see the amazing help I get in this country I have several apps to order grocery have it delivered,even stock my fridges and pantry It makes me cry I do limited driving in my car,pick out my own fruits at the grocery because delivery don't do good ones Having several wheelchairs and walker I can't imagine life for a disabled person in Cuba

That was AWESOME! $100 U.S. is like 2,400 Cu' Pesos. That is like 5 MONTHS of pay for a minimum wage earner in Cuba. He deserved that. You made his year! It says $100 U.S. in the video title, but then you said you gave him 30,000 Cuban pesos, which would be $1250 U.S. dollars, and if you gave him 30k pasos that is like 5 years of pay to a minimum wage earner there. lol. So if it was 30k pesos you gave him, you just left him standing back there wondering what to do with all that money. lol. Either way, it was awesome!

My Uncle, who was a world renown architect, artist, photographer life’s dream was to gather other architects, artists, designers to restore Cuba. He passed away before he could realize his dream. It had a different vibe as well….now I speak a little Spanish so I understood ect ect…..Even the slum was different….the capital where you went blew my mind. You blessed Pocholo with a decent amount of money I think we all know that he appreciated it (you can see it on his facial expression) & the vlog you did in my hometown (Philly) Kensington is off the scales. If I go there to see people I know and see them and keep it moving. El Checo, as to your video, a couple of comments. Very few if any Cubans debate politics as you alluded to at 11:30. A few still say it was best when Fidel ran the country. Probably the passionate words were about baseball, theirs mostly and some MLB. As to everyone getting along, colour wise, not true. I have had many visits over many years. I have known many woman there. I married one there as well. Although most Cubans are of mixed blood, there is an order that goes white, mulatto, then black. There is a simple action, rather than words to indicate the dislike of blacks. You see someone take their index and second finger together and rub their left forearm. Meaning, it is black, it won't rub off. Look at the women's hair. You are more likely to see natural hair ( Afros) on the poor blacks and very straightened hair or woven in extensions on the mulatto women. When Fidel opened the country and in particular Varadero to tourists, he decreed what he thought the visitors wanted, i.e., to be served by white staff. Although you ate food cooked and prepared by black staff, you were served by white staff. I look forward to more of your videos, saludos de Canada.
