Sometimes it seems like I'm over it, I'm healed and feeling good but suddenly grief comes like a wave. I don't want to show it or talk about it because it is like people around me don't understand even they try to. But those emotions are so private that it is really hard to talk about it. Thank you so much for your videos💗

Hi, thanks so much for sharing. Yes it really is like that. Our grief is buried deep within us and even though we may feel healed on the surface, there are often times or triggers that catch up with us 💕

Would you recommend taking misoprostol more than twice for missed miscarriage? I’m afraid to do D&C because of a 15 cm fibroid I have. Doctor says it’s not near uterus lining, but risk is high for rupture. Is there something natural I can do to get tissue out?

I can’t find videos anywhere about the best meals to eat in labor. My baby is due in a week and everything online only suggests snacks for labor which is unrealistic because I need energy. It’s a home birth

Hi, gosh during labour I never felt like eating. When you start going into labour, your body naturally wants you to go to the toilet and let everything out. After that, you are on a high of natural labour hormones and so concentrated on breathing that you forget about any thoughts of food. Perhaps having a few things organised for after the birth, some of your favourite foods ready, now that's a nice treat when you really get your appetite back again :-) All the best for your homebirth :-)

So sorry you lost your baby. If you had a D&C then you are advised to wait two weeks because of risk of infection. Otherwise there is no reason not to try again. Just be sure you are ready in yourself 💗

Good morning Dr Please how many month do it takes to see a period after miscarriage I had miscarriage a month ago Then the next month after the miscarriage I didn't see my period I went for pelvic scan and the result shows that I am not pregnant Please i need your help on what to do This is actually my first time pregnancy

Any knowledge as to why a few days ago my pregnancy test line was a darker positive line whereas todays positive pregnancy line was a good bit lighter? I’m 4 weeks 5 days.

Hi, same brand? I really recommend calling your doctor and explaining this and asking if it is possible to get your hCG levels measured. That way you will get an accurate result 💗 Wishing you that everything is ok 💗
