@@snehalkrishnan618 same here, I lowered my blood pressure naturally with diet and exercise and I take supplements daily like Garlique and Super Beets. I also eat fresh garlic in my diet as well.
@@arwindersinghchahal6616 That may be normal for you. But you need to have it checked with the supervision of the doctor. My normal is 135/85. Checked with my doctor while on meds and charted my pressure readings everyday morning and evening for a month. Then saw the doctor again. But have found that 5 ripe bananas a day can bring my pressure down to 122/80. Also I India almond leaf tea gives me great results. ( That is without medication.)
@@heartedmind571Dude this guy doesn't know what he's talking about see a doctor right away you might have hypertension 140/90 is stage 2 hypertension it is indeed high blood pressure
I'm 5"8 and was 260. I lost 50 lbs goal is 170 but besids that my blood pressure has STILL BEEN EXTREMELY HIGH. I'm eating clean , drinking teas , no carbs , no processed foods and my blood pressure still has yet to drop smh
SIR NATHAN I DO BREATHING EXERCISES (REGULARLY )SO I DONT GET MEDICINE ALWYS THAT AFFECT OUR LIVER OR KIDNEYS! I GET A BP OF 116 OR 118/69 /70 AND A HEART RATE OF 68/70
A few years ago they lowered the numbers from those previous. Big pharma involved! Used to be a much higher number was ok. Also can be a higher number if older allowed. A top cardiologist in York said it is not a one size fits all. Well he should know!
@@janetmalcolm6191 A month ago I was looking at a bunch of videos on hypertension. I theorized my hypertension was due to me stress snacking my favorite pretzel. I cut out the pretzels, adding salt to food, and eating high salt food, ate a banana three times daily, a salad once a day, now my blood pressure is lower than 120/80, no medication!
@@ryanporter1819Yes salt and caffeine doesn't seem to help as you get older. Pity food is not explained more to people as a medicine. A guy on tv phoned in and said he eat 12 bananas a day. Was near to a heart attack the doctor in the hospital said. Far too much potassium! Proves that if people knew what to have it could help but doctors want you to have meds. No money in it otherwise. My doctor not interested in alternatives.
Also pure pomegranate juice, hibiscus tea and beetroot either eaten or as a drink have been recognised.Garlic thins your blood. Natural things are something to try. Spirulina I took before a blood pressure test. Blood pressure was down. Doctor was surprised.
If I do physical and burn 500 calories a day at least for month if I lose 10 pounds can make my high blood pressure lower even if I take my AMLODIPINE pill a day
do a gallstone detox people yes very helpful to eat apples and then take salt and drink olive oil after the 10 days there is a list on the how exactly to do it online, but it can help balance out your blood pressure- book 📖 ANDREAS.
What medicines start to lower blood pressure within 15 minutes? Usually they say it takes up to 2 weeks for it to reach his full potential unless they give you fast acting pills such as clonidine or hydralazine
Foods can help. There are about half a dozen. Plus no caffeine. Look them up. Hibiscus tea. Pomegranate juice (not the watered down drink.) Beetroot eaten or drunk in a smoothie. Less salt. Possibly Spirulina in tablet or powdered form. Not all of these at once though! Got mine at the moment down from what it was. GP was surprised but said she knew nothing about alternative things....this is the problem. Meds have taken over.
What I thought that you were going to give us like tips on how to get healthy and exercise and OK if you’re giving like emergency help then don’t tell people just to go to the doctor because I hope they would figure that out. I was hoping for videos on how to actually like start Getting healthier that is specific for high blood pressure because it’s the first time ever that I have had high blood pressure and was turned away from giving plasma, so I guess you’re gonna start doing high intensity interval, training, two days a week and some strength training weightlifting days a week also And then start eating healthier less bad fats and more good fats like healthier, avocados and less fast food…
@@THERESTHAT89 *But there’s people that eat those in never suffer from blood pressure,it’s genetics both of my parents have high blood pressure and I exercise everyday still have it.But certain things like video games and driving in LA traffic increases my blood pressure.*
Agreed. My husband had high blood pressure went to donate plasma yesterday for the first time and they turned him away so now we are both gonna start exercising more. We do exercise regularly and lift weights but now we’re going to really start some doing a little bit more of a regimented schedule I don’t know if he eats a lot of fast food Ramen at around but when I’m cooking, I do salmon with steamed vegetables we eat, a healthier low fat diet we don’t eat processed foods he does drink beer and Smolke the plant. So he does have some inflammation. We’re gonna do high intensity, interval, training he already does work out two days a week but we’re gonna start really prepping our meals more than we already do. We’re just a little shocked because we thought we were pretty healthy. Next step is of this week we’re gonna do the natural gallstone detox, which is eating apples for seven days, then on the seventh day you drink Epsom salt water, and olive oil with lemon juice, and then the next day another glass of epsom salt water. Great easy gallstone detox.
