lol I remember the very first time I got high and took an edible and I found this video. I was completely greened out and I thought I was gonna die, and I didn't know what to do so I looked up "what to do if you're too high" in the search bar. At around 0:26 when she tells you that no one has ever overdosed on cannabis I thought she was just lying to make me feel better and that she knew I was actually gonna die lmao if anyone in the same boat is now stumbling upon this video don't worry, she's not lying and no matter how much it may feel like it you will not die lol. my best advice for greening out is to just ride the waves and know that it will be over at some point. and try to enjoy it while it lasts! you're in a very altered mental state and that's pretty cool! write down what's happening, try feeling different things or objects, watch a documentary, draw something, do anything interesting or stimulating to you in this new mental space! instead of treating it as something scary, keep in mind that it'll end at some point and that it won't hurt you, and treat it as a new experience instead.

10 Extra Pointers for being “too” High, Greening out and/or Anxious! 1. Lay down in a “quite” area, somewhere that is away from noise like a crowd of people, or a loud dog and more. This doesn’t mean stay away from the people near you, unless they are the cause of the noise. 2. Have a phone near-by or a means of communicating in-case you feel overwhelmed, anxious or simply need something from a friend. 3. If you need to vomit and you feel it is absolutely necessary and inevitable “pull a trig”, a trig is the action of self-vomiting. You can do this by sticking 1 or 2 fingers down your throat to produce a gag-reflex that will cause you to projectile. *Only do this if it feels absolutely necessary, it is really not the best otherwise* Have a garbage can next to you or stay near a bathroom to do this. 4. Dry mouth or “cotton mouth” is produced from weed; from cartridges, blunt, joint, sometimes edibles and more. To avoid it, yes, use lemon-juice and pepper. But always remember NEVER OVERDO. Overdoing anything can’t always be good. 5. *Very Important!* Never mix substances if you’re feeling greened out or “too” high on weed. This will make your experience MUCH, MUCH worse! Believe me, I have done it and regret it. 6. If you are out a party, a friends house or other and you don’t have a definite way of getting home, ask a friend or someone you trust for a ride. OR have a friend call an Uber for you, if you wish to take an Uber make sure you are capable of getting in an Uber. *I suggest waiting at least 2 hours after the greening starts to consider this.* You should wait until you feel better and sober before getting in an Uber. For me, sometimes I get Ubers who have driven high and drunk people home and they know what to expect, however don’t assume. Assuming makes “an Ass out of You and Me” 7. Usually when you are high you will feel that the time is ticking very slow, or not at all. Remember this is not the case and it actually is moving at a normal pase. We think this when high because our mind overthinks and reacts to everything much more in-depth than our sober selfs. 8. Since you are high, I would suggest finding some funny shit to watch because that’s what you gotta do! I’m just joking, but watching videos on youtube while high is a great experience. 😂 9. I suggest to stand up every now and then to keep blood flowing in your body while your high, you won’t want to stand up after a few hours of minimal movement and start shaking and tingling… If you were very high, and get up after awhile you won’t feel good. 10. Lastly, make sure you enjoy your high, don’t focus on the negatives and just let the process happen. There is no such way to truly speed up the process of a natural high or to make it shorter. It all depends on the dosages. Thinking about the negatives too much will cause you to feel paranoid and just stressed more. Stay Positive, Stay Comfy, Stay Hydrated, Stay Safe, Stay Cool, Chill, and ENJOY ENJOY ENJOY.
