Prakhar is such a smart thinker. He has always impressed me with his ideologies towards life, and watching him here with you is like a treat to my ears😊

Shobha, Maine apke bahot podcost dekhe aage aur bhi dekhte rahunga. I am 38yrs old..so called setteled. I love your work. I wish to do the same you do, your each and every podcast touches my heart. I wanted to do such work I am so happy that you do. God bless you. Ek baat aur bolni thi..Peepal baba Podcast was the best one. I just loved that man. How soft, polite, contented and Grateful that man is..Pranam Baba jee🙏
I loved how Prakhar puts across his points with so much ease. I've heard him for the first time and would love to hear him more. The last part about taking a stand for yourself is the best section, for me. 'haan mujhse bura koi nahi hai' is the ultimate mool mantra. One has to think about oneself rather than thinking 4 log kya sochenge. We have one life and if we can't live it the way we want to, then it's wasted. Thank you Shobha for creating such content and I wish you all the best and pray that you get everything in life coz you're really working hard to make a difference every day. 🙏
Thank you for watching and sharing your kind feedback. I’m glad the episode made a difference in your life. I hope you’re watching other episodes too ♥️

Awesome! I have done the 10 days of Vipassana, twice, once in California and once in Hawaii…. Surely one of the life changing things I have done for myself ( and everyone else around me)… I recommend it too to everyone. It is not about what you experience or such… that’s what is the teaching.. it is just about the practice lifelong change of awareness and watching your mind as a witness
I have seen Prakhar first time in this podcast, can't comment on his personality & thought process in short time, but whatever he has spoken in Podcast, that's relate with each one of us. As per my experience, i have also bust out due to work & family pressure, where i have decided to leave everything, but somehow, I have thought need some space and need to give some time to myself. Its near about 3 months now, now getting understand what actual life is. Thanks Shobha, really doing amazing job and giving so much beautiful insight in podcast.
I’m glad that you found it relatable and found some insights on the importance of standing up for yourself. All the best for the road ahead. Thanks for watching. Hope you’re watching other episodes too 😊🙏
I believe the entire episode was fascinating. A heartfelt thank you to Shobha for this podcast. Prakhar, you're doing a fabulous job, and your book is truly amazing. In 2023, I visited Vipassana, and it was the most incredible experience I've had to date. Interestingly, I also found myself in tears on the third day of Vipassana; my experience was remarkably similar to what you described in the podcast, resonating deeply with everything you shared. In closing, I highly recommend visiting Vipassana. It's an enlightening experience and, remarkably, offered free of charge. .
Thoroughly engaged right through the episode. Prakhar is interesting, feisty, full of courage and determination to speak his mind. You conduct the podcast so well Shobha and your presence takes it to another level altogether. Wishing you the very best.
I’m glad you enjoyed this episode. Thanks for your support & encouragement. Means a lot!! We have many podcasts on this channel. Hope you’ll watch them too 🙏
After listening to him in this podcast I can say that the mindset and clarity he has is different from the videos I have watched of people of his age and he knows how to put the perspective clearly and most effectively.
Mam kisi aise numerologist ko lekar aao aap jo name correction ka process bataye.. Aajkal har channel par jitne bhi podcasts aate hai normally apna prachar karna aate hai . Kaam ki cheez bataye to baat hai.... answer chahiye proper money rituals ki...sahi astrologer ko bulaye jo sach mai kuch bataye dhang se
I went for Vipassana in sep 2023. I can't describe its benefits. Time stamp 20:57 . mere sath bhi hive same experiences. Mene bola guruji ko ki Mujhe dar lagta hai night Me Bahut jyada. Guruji said that sab Theek ho jayega face your fear. & literally kafi had tak theek bhi ho gya. I'm a Teacher. My students saw a big difference in me after those 10 days. I want ki jo bhi is comment ko dekh rha hai ek baar Vipassana ke liye jarooor jaye ❤❤
Absolutely loved the conversation. Came here just after watching the Abhishek Kar episode and I'm just impressed by the diversity of topics covered in this channel.
Thanks Shobha for one of the best podcast, Prakhar was great..the way he explained everything beautifully..the thing that you said that some are living on surface level thst is superficial and others wanting to go deep within.. I relate myself to the second category.. also you mentioned in some episode that you along with your husband listen to podcast while you go for long drive.. this is the best thing that can happen to a couple.. wherein they have such similar interest and on their journey they are discovering something beautiful.. helping each other grow.. keep growing ❤️❤
Thanks Shobha for such an enlightening pod cast. I am watching Pradhan for the first time and found am immediate connect with him. I too am a poor communicator and the simple exercise he did with you caught up in my mind. I am relating myself th the first set of questions during my maiden talk with a stranger asking the basics and then not knowing how to push forward the conversation. Thanks Prakhar for opening my eyes to it. I am surely going to watch most of your episodes.
I’m glad you doing this episode and it helped you see through certain blind spots. I’m sure you’ll be able to now work on them with more tenacity. Wishing you the best🙏
Ultimate success is when your family is happy , kids become successful once grown up.....all these developments forgets the professional up and downs / flop.....😊....my two cents.... Second part about communication was also very good 👍
I’m glad that you are able to identify the meaning of success for yourself. Thank you for your love & encouragement. We have many more episodes on this channel. Hope you’ll watch them too 🙏

1st time watching your podcast because pf prakhar.....and you are such a good host and your question are deep and meaningful......love the whole podcast
I appreciate the points discussed and completely understand and agree with what Prakhar shared as I do read Osho and it was all in synch with that as Prakhar shared too! so yes , it was a good conversation and communication part was also quite interesting as actually how we feel that transcends and lends beauty to the whole conversation! Thanks for airing it 😊
The game is fun/ non duality can be partially explained by the dopamenic chase that we do in our lives. Dopamine is not released when you get something easily, it is produced during the process of getting to a goal.
Hi Shobha, I have seen only few clips of yours, but i find them really good. In this podcast when you were giving intro the sound was very low while in the interview your voice had more volume than Prakhar's. Please make sure your digital team keep this in mind. And I really find your content worth exploring the very social media which has cheap dopanine thrills. More power to you ❤
Hello Shoba! I don't know if I spelled your name rightly. Munir Mengal here from Pakistan. This is truly a great podcast that I watched your podcast till the end for the first time ever. I have been watching podcasts on RU-vid for the last 15 months but this tied me up till the end. There are lot of things to take away from your guest, like, people will think about you what you think or feel about yourself, OR dil se bharas nikal do to you will be reacting like kids. OR he asked you few questions and he mentioned he is stuck and again he asked your name and asked named you then you bursting with storm of words, Awesome. He explains things with great examples and is really an honesty personality. I loved it ......
I’m glad you enjoyed this episode. It’s Shobha. Thanks for your support & encouragement. Means a lot!! We have many podcasts on this channel. Hope you’ll watch them too 🙏

Shri Samarth..Jay Jay Raghuveer Samarth I have started listening to your podcast recently. They were quite good in all sense. I appreciate your efforts in making these meaningful podcasts with good contents. I have a question about this podcast. Let me first clear my doubt , about who is Mr Gupta referring to as Ramdas. From the narration after he mentions Ramdas, I guess he is talking about Saint Ramdas, the great Saint from Maharashtra. If that is true, I feel Saint Ramdas must be quoted with due respect. Kindly clarify my doubt . Thank you
Shobha’s intention behind putting out content✨ “someone is giving their time, I hope it’s worth their while” definitely worth it! Resonated so much with Prakhar’s way of thinking! I’ve been to Vipassana twice. Whether one understands it or not initially but it surely makes an impact in your life, sooner or later your senses starts to unlock like never before. Having Vipassana experience once or twice a year is must!
I’m glad you enjoyed this episode. Thanks for your support & encouragement. Means a lot!! We have many podcasts on this channel. Hope you’ll watch them too 🙏
I’m glad you enjoyed this episode. We will look into the sound issue. Can you share the time stamp where you found the problem? Thanks for your support & encouragement. Means a lot!! We have many podcasts on this channel. Hope you’ll watch them too 🙏

I know it might sound like an NRI typical but from my years of trips back and forth and thinking on this- progress in india is directly related to corruption elimination
Whenever feeling trauma, don't ever interact or communicate or connect with those people who already suffer in their life..that people emotionally manupulat you to make batter their own life, career etc. Specialy opposite gender ... Dhyan bhatki, durghatna ghati...
Vipassana- Everything he says is relatable. You inner negative energy comes out which disturbs you. It. is . the. process. Funny part is- I also read the toothpaste and coconut oil wrapper in the night when I am bored during vipassana.
12:07 i think success cannot be corellated to sex ....because most of people want success because they want to change their current reality...or may be they want to reach a position where accessibility of a lot of thing would be easy...and secondly the feeling of intercourse of every person ,irrespective of any background would be same where as achieving success by a middle class, lower middle class or a poor and a rich would be very different in terms of feeling and perception......and more over the journey of success will transform a person completely where as there is no transformation in intercourse......chasing success gives you a sense of accomplishment.
Thank you for watching and sharing your kind feedback. I hope you are watching other episodes too. Pls share about us with your friends & family. We need all the support 🙏😊
I saw your comments. I hope whatever it is that’s making you so bitter to post mean comments on random people’s video, gets healed. Btw, you always have an option of not watching what you don’t like 🙏
