I think it all depends on your past relationship with the ex. But a lot of the times, getting back with exes doesn't work. I use to give second chances to my exes when I was younger and naive, and I learned the hard way, second chances with exes were the worst mistake I made. Never again.

I would appreciate it if you made a video on how to leave the wounds of the past, every time I remember my past it hurts, I cry almost every day for my past and I feel that it stops me from growing and going further, I like your videos, I don't know what, but they are different from other channels that address these topics. If you do the video I would appreciate it, my problem is more about abandonment and lack of sense of belonging, no friends, and paralyzing fear. Thanks for your videos.

i dont have an ex but this resonated with me alot. I had people unintentionally making me angry cause they reminded me of the person I used to be ashamed of and they had to witnessed that.

It sucks to be THE person who wants to come back even if you know it just doesn't work for both of you. I broke up with my boyfriend three years ago and I still miss him. I found a job, new hobbies, I healed from my traumas and learned how to love and accept people around me. I completely changed my life for the better and I'm grateful to myself for that. But I just can't get over it. I really loved him but our relationship doesn't work for us. And I'm checking on him sometimes just to see if he found a girlfriend who is truly meant for him And I still feel pathetic because I miss him, even tho it was me who wanted to break up 😟

Hello natalie, your videos have helped me quite a lot on getting my shit together. And just recently (1 week back) my ex of 2 years reached out to me, I wanted to leave her text unanswered but was honestly just curious. I asked the reason she wanted to talk to me she just said she misses me, I made it really clear right off the bat that we will never get back together, she agreed with me cuz we both know its a bad idea. But she did ask me why, and I basically listed out all the problems I had in the relationship with her and turns out she was practically unaware of them. She said she will actually work on those problems, I just sort of reassured her that yeah its a good idea if she wants to keep her future relationships last. And over the course of 1 week she has literally showed progress on herself (quit drinking, started job hunting, sorted out problems with family and friends, etc..) And I know she is doing it because she does want to get back with me together but I still dont know if its a good idea. I need your take on this, if she 'solved' the entire reason we broke up for, is it a good idea to get back together?

Alright…so I broke up with my ex and (who I work with!). So, communication was never cut completely. Fast forward two years later and she now wants to contact me after hours or have lunch.
