Im Greek so ...All the goodies are here ..in the Rhodes island ( Greece) .. Mediteranian diet is the best ...! ( if you are not my grandmother ..frying everything ..) .. For us it goes like ...Spaggeti once a week ..fish twice a week ..grilled meat ...oysters ..beans ... And always salads beside according to the time of the year of course ... Fruits ...morning and evening ...and eggs ..of course ..Well you are more than welcome to cook for ya !!

Thanks for this and good to know I am on the right track as salmon and salad my favourite but I will now add some pine nuts. Cucumber has silica in I think which is great for hair. Great advice as always. 😃

This is a rare food video that's not boring and/or hard to follow for me 😃 I'm trying to stuff myself with all of these, although I have trouble digesting tomatoes, avocadoes and some others. I would add beef liver! 🥰

Hi Dr Bunting Could you talk a little about minoxidil use and scalp inflammation, things to calm scalp irritation ,and should one colour their hair if they routinely did so ,if they are using minoxidil.

Hi Dr. Sam your channel is so good. It helps me a lot. M using trition my question is which exfoliator should I use with it. As my skin getting little dull. My using niaciamide and spf in morning. And trition in night also use good cleansers. Please answer me.

I've been following you for a year now and thanks to your advice I've been able to greatly reduce the redness and pustules from my rosacea, which has been a huge relief. What I find interesting about your food advice from this video is that a couple of the foods recommended are precisely the foods that are believed to increase rosacea symptoms due to the vasodialating properties of tomatoes and lemons. I was sad to learn this since I have a lemon tree and ate tomatoes daily in spring and summer. Do you believe this theory of vasodialating foods to worsen rosacea? I'm curious to hear your opinion. Thanks so much for your invaluable information.

Hi, when blended you lose the fibers. And when it comes to fruits fibers are what helps not raise insulin. So whole fruits is always better than blended fruits, plus fibers and chewing helps you feel full faster so you don't overeat. Veggies soups sometimes are not a problem as they contain very minimum sugar. Raw or cooked you get benefits from veggies. So both depending on your tastes plus many veggies can only be eaten cooked.

Sugar Free, dairy free saves the skin. For some a low carb diet can be very helpful, hut keep it high in low carb vegetables not devoid of plants and just processed meat!

sugar intake has no effect on me but i've been cutting out eggs from my diet for about 3 weeks and i'm loving my skin now 🥰

Can we get the benefits from carrots even after sauteeing them? I add chopped carrots to so many dishes.

actually the fat from the sauteeing will increase the absorption as vitamin a is a fat soluble vitamin. Further b carotene is more easily accessed by the body if heat has broken down some of the structures in the carrot beforehand. so actually sauteeing your carrots is one of the best things you can do!

French have very good skin and age very well, their diet consists of lots of animals fats and proteins as well as veg and fruits. Butter,fermented cheeses, eggs, yogurts,good quality meat ,sea food are essential! Unpopular but true

A lot of these foods I naturally luk, cant live without tomatoes, lemons, olive oil but these days I find most fruit just never ripens and I think blueberries are overrated. Kale is vile, it makes me choke and too strong and loathe tea. Im afraid a lot of what was recommended I coukdnt stomach.
