syn16 it was a great experience for where I was at the time & im most thankful for the people Rythmia introduced to me. I have since worked with other plants, and now I find myself preferring a more intimate experience over a retreat setting

@@abc25277 I believe it was $5000 for the whole week, however, I did have a private room. If I had it to do over, I would not do that, for the price but also because it helps with getting relationships going because the relationships with others is definitely part of the experience.

@@GroovyKim I looked into rhythmia myself because I'm comparing it to the spirit walks + peyote cleansing available with the Native American church in Arizona. You're basically paying for the 3 meals a day, the wellness classes, the 4 sessions of ayahuasca ceremonies, spa services* and yoga sessions. If you want to do the other stuff at the resort you have to pay extra. It's technically 7 days but you can add days on if needed.

Way way too expensive paying 650 dollars to 700 dollars a day which ends up 4800 or 5000 dollars for a week, plus you have to pay for your own travel ... totaling into 6000-7000 dollars for a weeks experience. It seems like a very nice place, but Costa Rica is not Paris in terms of real estate.. it should not cost that much per day. If you have no noticed there is economic uncertainty going on after covid and you really should come up with more affordable plans

@@dcan911 It has an entire culture behind it, is what I meant. Americans have this issue where they minimize other cultures, ayahuasca is considered sacred and it’s considered medicine. It’s not just a “trip”, if people travel for a “trip” they’re better off getting shrooms like you said.

listen if you would like to make the brew and do it by yourself by all means do that. but this kind of protection, care and guidance is worth it imo. you gotta do what works for you
