He kinda not inspired by your "we have a 3rd party inspector that comes and checks all that out." LMAO They LOVE 3rd party inspectors. Half of them find lots of valid/concerning stuff and they don't like that. The other half have their heads firmly buried up their backsides and they don't like those either. And I don't blame 'em.
