@@FlyMeToThePhilippines As I got your reply the wife just got back from Las Vegas with a carload of Filipinas. She told me she was the only one in the group that got carded in the Casino for looking under 21. She is 48. She said the woman that checked her ID looked a little miffed. I bet her gfs did also! The group went to church in the morning, ate in the casino and then went shopping, but she only mentioned getting carded until I quizzed her on her day!

I'd be grateful for an answer to that question because If I've been wondering that outloud ; in the comments; for quite some time now, and still don't have any definite answer. I see some video's of older American expats who claim to have fathered their child with their younger wives, while being of age and retired and collecting SS. Now if they were married and living in the states, both the new mother; regardless of age; and the child would be eligible for a their own monthly SS benefit on their elder retired spouse's benefit right away until the child reach's the adult age, which differs on weather or not they choose to go to college. That's because I don't believe anyone knows when they're going to die, and I wouldn't mind having another child down there, and providing well for my new family should we be blessed with a child. But I wouldn't do it without good conscious knowing that would be the case with my SS benefits. I'd be able to provide them with shelter, and leave them a tidy sum of money, but at that age term insurance would be way too expensive so without the knowledge that they would have my SS insurance benefits should I pass, it wouldn't be a possibility. It would be nice to find out before the powers that be will probably censor this question. If you can get an answer for me, Thank you in advance.

@@freedomwillring6749 as I understand it in order for a Filipina wife to be eligible for survivor benefits she needs to have lived in the United States for five years and reach the age of 60 or 62 and also possibly to be living in the United States, however a marries a Filipino and has a child that child is eligible for 50% of his Social Security until the age of 18 and if he dies, the wife will be eligible to receive Social Security until the age of 16 the child’s age can be extended if the children go to college multiple children each get 50% up until the children and the wife receive a total total of 180% of the Expats Social Security adjusted for inflation.
