Structure for preschool can be so helpful. Having realistic expectations (based on your own family and situation and energy level) can also be extremely helpful.
This video is, in sum, reviews (in cliff notes versions) of everything we used for preschool. My hope is that you can glean some inspiration from it.
Let me know all about your preschool realities in the comments! I love chatting with you!

Hi! I’m Sarah. I’m so glad you’re here! Make yourself cozy, because I hope to be chatting a lot with you in this online "home."
I'm wife to a Brazilian soccer coach and mama to three precious, bilingual kiddos. We live internationally and speak multiple languages in our home. If you ask my family where we are from, you might hear a little hesitant pause as we debate how to condense a lifetime of story down into a two-second answer. (Do we say the USA? That would only be about a third true. Brazil? Same deal. Thailand? Asia? Do we share that our families include in-laws from Europe and South America?)
We are on a journey to nurture our family at home and abroad--wherever we live.
Here on my channel, you will find bilingual homeschool (and bilingual family) experiences, preschool ideas, book and resource reviews, and homeschool tips and community--all with a bit of travel and expat life thrown in.
Be sure to introduce yourself in the comments. I always love connecting with you!

I have an active four year old boy and we love Logic of English. He loves doing his "dragon book school". We had family over during the holidays and didnt skip lessons because we thoughtitwould be fun to play games with my 7yo and 9yo nephews. They currently attend public school but are now requesting to be homeschooled.

Yes, the Sonlight T and P guides have a significantly gentler pace in comparison to their higher levels.

Thanks for sharing, I have a 2-year-old toddler boy who will be 3 this summer, and I am looking for a structured preschool curriculum to do with him. It is hard because he is so very active and never sits still for a minute unless it's playdough. I wonder if playing preschool would be a good fit for him and me.

I highly recommend it--especially for active boys! My boys LOVE it, and it has given us so much to bond over. There is a free preview of the first unit ("Apples") available online. You can try that to see if it will be a good fit for your son.

We started with Sonlight T (half way thru by the guide). Started T again without the guide. Added G&C preschool and did almost all the handicrafts (girls 2&4), all of 22 units and all 26 books. Loved Preschool Math at Home and All About Reading Pre-reading. Began Sonlight P. Stopped PMAT half way and began Kindergarten Math with Confidence. Finished Pre-reading and began AAR level 1. I’m planning a similar mashup for next year. Adding Beautiful Feet Seasons Afield because they love art activities with science.

This sounds so similar to what we have done! 😊 We love these resources too. I'd love to hear about how Beautiful Feet Seasons Afield is!

I would love to see your dream preschool. I've been looking at each of the curricula you've mentioned - have G&C preschool, have most of the Sonlight books but definitely wanting something more active for my almost 3 year old. I'd initially thought Playing Preschool was too "gimmicky" so your review is encouraging as someone who appreciates (appropriate) rigour

Hi! We felt a similar need for activity too. Playing Preschool scratched that itch perfectly. We didn't find it to be "light" or "gimmicky" work. So many of the activities were both a ton of fun and academically excellent.

Thank you so much for sharing!!! I loved this update! We are LOVING Playing Preschool and paired it with the G+C memory statements and Preschool Math at Home but nothing else from G+C. Thanks for updating! I hope you're all adjusting well to the new baby!

only 8 views? your videos are not SEO-friendly. you must do video SEO to get good results. SEO increases views, If you can increase the views, you will be able to advance your channel a lot. what is the benefit of making a video so hard? If views, likes, subscribers are not? So I say, first organize the channel nicely, SEO the videos and then release the videos, then you will get good results. This will benefit you a lot, you will be able to improve your channel with very little cost.
