Yes yes I needed this! You always give me inspiration & motivation as a mom everyday to be strong 💞 our pediatrician asked us to start feeding our 9 month old solids which is pretty scary I know for some parents but what helps is that our daughter was born with teeth & grew two more so she’s learned to chew quite quickly so now I have some other meal ideas for her! Ember at the end is literally our baby I made her eggs & avocado with blueberries one time she was half way done then there went the plate lol 😂 made my day! ☺️❤️

💜Love your what I eat in a day videos!! Ember is getting so big! Did you modify your intermittent fasting while you were pregnant with her? Or how long did you wait to start back up after you had her? Could you do another video on your experience lol. I wanted to start doing it after I have this next babe. Ive been doing my research; listening to others experiences; etc. and of course will talk to my doctor. 💕
