Believe it or not Ashlee these types of videos are fun to watch and watching a regular family gives inspiration and ideas to other regular families. ☺️. I would love to see more content of the kids sports schedules. I am a mom of two student athletes and I know it can get hectic.
I can’t take psyllium husks. Fiber actually messes with irritable bowl syndrome pretty bad if it’s higher fodmaps. I wish it was a different type Of fiber. Another great pcos supplement is ovasitol.
I now enjoy built bar thanks to you and just ordered some bellway...Thank you again for your videos...always very informative....Walter is so adorable...
I loved all the Costco items and the reasonableness of the food. Not 27 different ingredients from 5 seasonal artisanal farms that takes 4 hours a day to make. So refreshing and I totally want to try that chicken!
Like can I just say I watched an eat in a day video earlier and the lady spent more time washing and chopping food for one juice than I have energy to spend on food all day. Good for her but I think I was falling into a comparison trap. It was so good to see healthy food here that is not that intense. I needed that.
I was so glad to see that you did this video! I spy lots of Costco snacks! 😁 Your chicken and broccoli lunch looked delicious. We love having leftovers for lunch!
You always do such a good job of explaining the details and covering everything I might want to know. I wrote down the pesto chicken for dinner next week. Looks really good!
You already got me hooked on built bars now I just ordered bellway! Trying to lose this baby weight so hopefully this helps with that. I too have pcos.
Which do you prefer? The Built bar or the Costco protein bars? I see you often have the Costco ones and just wondered if you had a preference. The Costco ones are definitely more affordable in the long run. I have also tried the One bars and they are my favorite so far but again, like the Built bar, can get kinda spendy after awhile.
I am so interested in your multivitamin! I eat super healthy, workout 6 days a week, but I still haven't started vitamins. I think it's time I start doing that lol!
Thank you for the recipes! Do you include lunch or dinner preparation in your homeschool? I seem to never find the time to teach my children how to do any of that. After our morning lessons the children are exhausted. They don’t want to help out in the kitchen.
I have PCOS also. I’m very sad that my Gyno hasn’t talked to me about my diet as far as things to eat that would help me. Thanks for letting me know about that. My youngest has Spina Bifida and I’m convinced it’s from my PCOS.
THANK YOU FOR THIS! I appreciate that the diet for the kids is not perfect but nutrition focused. I've been watching a ton of your health/fitness videos as I've been trying to get healthier. Working on nutrition, being aware of sugar content and carb amounts, and eating more protein. 😁 Also, working to build muscle, show and steady. My weight hasn't changed but I feel healthier and happy to be doing something good for my body. Thanks for sharing. ♥️ (Been watching your homeschool stuff for years).
Regarding your supplements, I've been looking into a few different brands to start taking and one that caught my eye was Mary Ruth's. Mainly because the kid gummies didn't have added sugar. I was curious if you had heard of them before and if so, why you stuck with SmartyPants. Just gathering information before buying so I hope this doesn't come across poorly LOL! I'm just honestly curious of your opinion, if you have one :) I will definitely be trying out Bellway. So fascinating about not getting enough fiber in daily!
@@GraceandGrit ok, thanks for the response! For me, it was more the gummy getting stuck in their teeth and the sugar causing cavities that I wanted to avoid if at all possible.
I’m interested in your favorite protein shakes, besides the one you showed today. (I don’t have a Costco membership) But the “protein” taste in the shakes/bars usually make me gag 😖😖 so I’m in need of a good protein recommendation. Also protein bars besides Built bar and the one you showed today.
Hello, you said in a video that TGATB was teaching your children things you didn't learn until college. Can you explain more? What have they taught, and what level did you start noticing this in?
You must have a lot of trips to the bathroom with all that water, coffee and protein shake you drink in a day haha!! Also thanks for sharing what you guys eat in a day, it's nice to see what others do to give some new ideas. I tried ordering Bellway but they don't ship to Canada :( tear!
Thanks for sharing! Once we move I'm going to organize my pantry with snack ideas. For lunch I make all of ours too because of our homeschool schedule as well. When we have leftovers my kids think we are poor. I hear it every I tell them we are having leftovers 😂. But because you had leftover spaghetti and meatballs (that was ours today) my son said "I guess they are poor too!" 😂 I honestly don't know where he got that idea. So thanks for sharing and now hopefully my kids realize we aren't the only ones who do leftovers for lunch.
Grace and Grit Wow! That seems impossible. I'm about 105 and really trying to get in shape post partum. I'm happy if I get to 80 grams. I will start trying to increase it. Thanks so much for responding to me. ☺️
My hub says no more promotions please bahaha! Bellway (so super helpful -I do like mixed berry), got on skill share for kids art lessons and I got the book box subscription you showed recently. And of course tgatb obsessed now. Great apologetics morning basket books recently ordered.... The man should be happy I have Mama help😜!
Since you mentioned pcos. I would look at jessicaashwellness, noellekovary etc. They talk about healing it through eating, healing hormones through food etc. Also how vit d can actually mess with hormones
