WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT LITTLE NIGHTMARES 3! 

I was literally lamenting how I wanted a new little nightmares game a couple days before the announcement lol. So happy to see the franchise back!

If we are indeed returning to the Maw at some point... we could possibly meet up with Six! Granted she's probably going to be quite irritable and dangerous...

Even though there is those bright areas in the Necropolis, I don't take it as being a comfortable kind of warmth. It comes off to me as the kind of brightness and heat that bleached bones. So even when it's bright out, it's not safe.

I wonder if Low having the mask and bow and arrow is supposed to tell us that he's more stand-offish and long-range while Alone is more short-range and close-and-personal, especially is she's strong enough to handle a wrench like that. The two traits certainly compliment eachother and work well together, but I wonder if this was intentionally meant to tell us about their backstories and personalities, maybe even world-building if how and why they adapted in these ways to find these opposing methods most efficient for themselves. There's also an interesting choice in naming the character with the most bird-like characteristics "Low" when birds can be associated with freedom and being able to go up super high because of flight. Maybe it implies that he is a flying bird with clipped wings in a sense? Kind of like how Siz and Mono repeat a cycle of one to six and back again? That and the name Alone maybe implying her working alone, being a loner? There's just a lot of potential in what their names could mean for the story based on what we've seen before is all I'm saying.

If LN1 theme is hunger and LN2 theme is escapism, I wonder what LN3 theme will be I’m very curious how this game will connect with the previous 2. So far, I’m liking the new characters. I feel like there more skilled and know how to navigate the world

I really like the orange color we've seen in the game and its marketing. The color feels very grimy and old, like rust, which fits the more post-apctoplitic desert theme the game has. It also feels almost unnatural (the same way the magenta of the Signal Tower felt unnatural) and gives this entry in the series a very distinct identity.

The only place we really see overwhelmingly yellow ambiance in LN other than LN3 is when Six ascends the staircase at the end of the original game when she escapes the Maw. It could hint towards Six having something to do with Necropolis or The City of the Dead. Perhaps SHE is the reason the city is “dead” Still holding out hopes she’s the main antagonist of this game but I’m excited for anything!

i think that the necropolis is the city next to the maw because when six exits the maw you can see orange light which is the same light that is in the city and this would make a lot of sense if we were to revisit the maw in the new game

Because of the omnipresence of crows and shattered mirrors, I think that episode will be connected to the first comic. And that the antagonist, the shadowy figure, will be the North Wind.

Maybe the theme 4 LN3 is bad luck because that’s what the crows and broken mirrors make me think

The game looks great so far, but I am a little worried, for one main reason. The Little Nightmares podcast is cool, but the main character is a girl suffering from nightmares which are reminiscent of the games. And in SupperhorrorBros video where he got access to a 15 minute gameplay preview, he mentions the children waking up from their nightmare in a doctors office. So I'm really worried that Little nightmares 3 will end up conforming something like "it was all a dream/nightmare" or "its some alternate world you can only accesses through dreaming" The original Little nightmares had NOTHING to do with dreams/nightmares, the only thing even remotly resembling that is the playable character looking like they woke up from a nightmare when they respawn, which seems to be more of a cute animation than a lore thing. (heck the only reason its called little nightmares was because the original title, hunger, was too similar to the hunger fames.) So I'm really worried that SuperMassiveGames will retcon everything to be some nightmare world or something. (Even if it was something only for this game, and leaving the other 3 games intact, while better, is still not great.)

I have a theory about the music from the trailer, because Six’s theme is very prominent in the first game because in the end, she is in control. This is the same for the second game where she drops Mono, she was in control and she is the one who survives at the end of the day. Throughout the trailer, there is new music and no hints of Six’s theme at all, until the end where everything cuts and you hear that ominous Six’s theme. I theorise that this will be like the game, completely new, until the end where Six returns in some ways, in which I hope is a final boss, leaving her in control. It’s still just a theory and very flawed at the moment. We have to wait for another trailer at least. Edit: Loved the video btw, forgot to mention.

Low and Mono reminds me more of playing kids with monos paperbag mask and lows Cape and the fact that they are both barefeet and wear ordinary kids clothes. They seem to be some poor kids play-pretending through the World whereas six and alone make me think more of actual survivors that have been through a traumatic past

If we got a show soon now would be a perfect time!

It's so nice to know that we are finally getting some more official expansion on the universe we know and love as we can only speculate to a degree :) SO glad to see the familiar discomforts we missed so dearly ❤️

Them specifically calling them tools reminds me of a while ago when tarsier called the gameplay of LN 1 hide and seek rather than stealth because the word stealth still implies a powerful protagonist

We also know the Low and Alone know eachother, and that Alone is Low's best friend.

I think it's not farfetched for alone to be the pigtails girl her hair color maches she has pigtails and her intire face is coverd also in the trailer we see her wiping her nose but well see when the game comes out

jord , I noticed that the shots of the mirrors the smoke kinda forms into a humanoid form perked over the mirror, it might sound stupid but just check please.

The main antagonist I hope is a good payoff and more threatning then the lady and the thin man. I'd be very happy if it ended up being six and if the theory of it being the mirror man is true i'll be pretty disappointed. If its someone new all together I have faith they'll be done right.

About the couch co-op thing, it should be possible still, since they said in an interview that you will be able to use 2 player remote play, you could link the game to a mobile device with a controller connected and have the person on the mobile device watch the big screen instead of their mobile one. But that might not be the case 😅

Something about the Little nightmares series I dont like... Raincoat girl - desurves a happy ending - doesn't get one... The Kid - desurves a happy ending - doesn't get one... Mono - desurves a happy ending - doesn't get one... Six - betrayes Mono and eats a child - escapes three times. I fear for Low and Alone...

thing is... i think low and alone are older then mono and six. i mean low alone looks like a more grown child he seems tall. they are also stronger then six and mono(phisically). alone can carry a wrench in her back. six had difficulty carrying a small key. Mono could carry keys in his pocket(dimension XD) but had a little difficulty of using "weapons". at least in my opinion. I am almost sure i am wrong. but wanted to say it.

The necropolis baby level gives me a kind of desert, toxic warmth feel and I think it makes a lot of sense for it to be overly yellow!

Okay hear me out. Remember how the storyline goes backwards? Little nightmares II was showing how six ended up in the maw and 1 was her going through everything in it. What if III is showing how these characters ended up there too??

I want couch co-op, I personally don’t understand much why they removed it. I was wishing I could play with a friend right at home. An online co-op doesn’t fit right in the little nightmares universe, because it feels like just something that defeats the purpose of the game, which is to be scary.

i’m still not COMPLETELY convinced that alone isn’t the pigtail girl, just because of this one part of the trailer where it shows alone moving her hand in a way to wipe her nose, with the red hair and pigtails, i honestly feel like that’s just too big of a coincidence

i hate that they decided to only have online co-op, im a fan of the series and i played both previous parts on my BF's PC because mine is running on windows 8.1 and newer stuff isnt compatible most of the time, so when it seemed we could play together this time i got excited, and was wery dissapointed when it ended up being not what i hoped for. like this was the fist game series i tried(in 2022) since i was like 13 and into fnaf, thanks to my BF, and he liked watching how i suck at it and have fun interacting with the world, so being able to play in one room at the same time is like a cool date or going to a movie for our relationships (

I'm so hyped for the multiplayer aspect of the game since the previous games didnt have anything like that besides little nightmares 2 but obviously it was done in a way where multiplayer wouldnt work so i'm so excited for that

7:45 i have theory for the hands in the pipe: so if you go to LN comics episode 6 (with the burning school) you will see long hands picking the students up and dragging them somewhere. im thinking that maybe the hands in the pipe and the hands picking up the students are maybe the same?

This trailer is reminding me of the little nightmares comic book. With the man in the mirror, the ravens, and the north wind.

I think low wears the raven mask to blend in with the other ravens so he doesn’t get attack and I think alone where’s the goggles so she doesn’t get dust in her eyes

I feel like we are in a timeline where we are in the very very future and everyone is just dead, Nomes, people and the amount of bags of dead people that we can see just a lot of sand and old dusty buildings that are almost about to fall down, so it has Definitely been quite a long time here

I don't know if anyone has seen this but there is a sketch of a giant baby in the artbook of Little Nightmares 3!! I figured it might have sth to do with the baby in the trailer! I haven't heard anybody talking about it yet but I have a strong feeling about this one. We might be able to see more things that were left out of the second game! I'll just comment about it everywhere until someone notices😭😭😭😭😭😭

Here are my predictions for the chapters: Chapter 1 - The Necropolis Chapter 2 - Subterra (those hand pipe thingies live here) Chapter 3 - The Fun Fair Chapter 4 - The Factory Chapter 5 - ??? (there may be more chapters than the ones I’ve listed here, but seeing how little nightmares 1 AND 2 both had 5 chapters, I doubt there’ll be any more than this) These are just my predictions, so let me know what you think.

Maw pics are on Steam for LN3 meaning we will visit the Maw again! Probably gonna see Six as well! Perhaps they are indeed ending the circle since we saw in the end of LN 1 the Thin man in the TV maybe we will see how the Lady (Adult Six) and Thin man (Mono) Fight or if we will be able to break the Circle! Would be an amazing story and ending for the franchise! (this is just a theory tho) but the Pic of the Stairs to the Maw are actually on Steam!

Little nightmares 3 will be a banger, and tl be honest it seems like MONO is the most powerful kid in other characters just like wgen he's not holding back by pulling the tower like DAMN!! And it seems like LOW has the same power MONO has

No Six??? Is her story officially over? 😨😰😭😭😭😭 But I do have an imagination: I can imagine that Six traveled through these realms also after she left the Maw. I like to imagine her traveling though the environments of other games like "Inside" as well. I can still keep her alive in my mind, even though it makes me sad that she might not be in this new LN 3 game.. 😞
