This series of videos on NKS book is quite a journey, thanks !

If you've been following the trajectory of science since Hilbert at the very least, this seems so intuitive and almost obvious.. like a good joke that somebody else tells and you wish you had made the same joke. I'm glad Wolfram and his team have found themselves doing this project for humanity. This is potentially the next paradigm shift in not just science but ontology as we know it.

I have been searching for years for a plausible theory of how the universe could be working. Your physics project is the only theory I have found that I see as plausible. I am so happy to see you document your thinking as you do.

I am predicting as more and more physics departments understands the Wolfram Physics Model many will jump ship from the old theories. It is amazing how much the theory has already been able to show.... I do wonder about particles... Still it changes the way we think about the universe in a truly revolutionary way!

Every physics classroom needs a copy of NKS... Schools that pride themselves in their academics should consider getting a copy. NKS and the Wolfram Physics Model is going to inspire many new ideas...

Amazing book, made even better by hearing the author go through the creation process over these past 12++ weeks 🖖 I have a simple question concerning computational irreducibility and universal computational equivalence, which probably has a really obvious answer,m but hey! here goes… when you say that if a system/computation is obviously giving simple results - how do you know it won’t eventually become universal?

i'm not an expert in this but i think wolfram only calls a system simple if he can see that it resolves into either repetition or looping, making it impossible for complexity to arise

NKS is a brilliant read and in light of the physics project it really is ground breaking !!!! IT took ages for Einstein to win the Nobel prize!!! I expect the Wolfram Physics Model will win much sooner... This is going to rewrite everything !!!!
