This is my first experience with corn cob. I share with you some of what I found out and what I'd like to do differently next time. Also how to repair it when you have a chunk blow out.
I definitely want to do a corn cob again but this time just didn't work out.
I was trying to make a twist pen, next time I will make a Fountain Pen.

It seems that the center needs to be covered where most blanks are the same all the way to the center. So the pen needs to be thicker than the center of the corn cob.
I would consider it risky to make a twist or click size pen from corn cob.
