I do atleast 1 of ur work out vids every morning, this morning I did ur lower belly pooch all workout, the 7min 30 seconds one i literally do that every day and u inspired me to get my arms in shape so iv been doing arms and lower abs for over a year and man it helps to burn fat!! Building muscle makes ur body burn more calories at rest.. I gotta reincorporate legs again.. n ill be golden!! Oh also ur butt isolation vid where ur on ur belly, bent knees and flexing to lift the knees off the ground! Man, when I seen how strong ur butt and other muscles r n seen how far u lifted ur knees off the ground I was and still amazed!! Thank u girly for ur channel!!!
