@ManzoAlexis worked for my dad. He had 75 maps and paid $80 a month. He was going to cancel and they offered him $85 for 2 unlimited lines that have unlimited data, and 400mbps. Everything for $85ndollar. 2 year contract
Because when we get a customer asking to disconnect and we ask why, they start throwing tantrums and cussing saying it's none of my business.. so we're just trying to respect y'all decision. if you wanna have a better deal just say what's the available deals. as a CSR I'm not having any benefits in making you pay more.. in fact whenever we offer the available deals we sometimes get commissions

as a former xfinity employee this is a bullcrap hahahahahaha xfinity most of the times have most competitive prices and if they offer you something better is because they are always creating promos, not because you threat on leave, actually we don't care if you leave and probably if your bill was high is because your promo expired and they offered you a new promo, which is going to expire again in 12 months, my best recommendation is just to call and ask about new promos, you don't need to be an asshole with threats and talking "hard" to the representative you speak with, they don't modify pricings, even managers don't do. they do not offer you the lowest one at first because anyways you were going to ask for something lower and because they could get a commission with the first offer.
Speaking as a former employee, it's ok if you work for Xfinity, due to the discount. However, if you don't work for them...RUN RUN RUN away as fast as you can! They are flat-out liars and crooks!

I used to work for Xfinity customer service and i can tell, not all account have the offers.. and the software Xfinity uses is different for different location so you can either get a good offer from a representative and the next moment yo aint getting the same offer from a different rep. Some accounts even have 1200 mbps of speed for just $40 and some get it for a outrageous amount of $116 lol :) but yeah people are pissed off and happy as well.
while other products or services go down xfinity goes up in price they are terrible to deal with either over the phone or in person. quick to collect very bad to return. we all suffer xfinity 😂

I've done it and it works, there's also a "Make It Right" dept and many other things that Xfinity uses to keep their customers. When you threaten to leave all of a sudden great deals start to pour. I was only paying $75 for the fastest internet and best cable package for years because of that dept.

The key for this to work is you have to feel out the rep you speak with because in order to get the satisfaction you need is to have that rep that has a passion for their job and appreciate you as a customer and trust me you will receive that Grade A customer service.If you don’t get that rep try again.Maryland showing ❤
I had Xfinity Mobile and I thought I was getting the promotion price for iPhone SE 2022. It turns out the promotion was over and I was paying full price for the cell phone. So I took the iPhone SE back and cancel service. Also they tell you your current cell phone won't work with Xfinity but it does. I had a Verizon cell phone and while I was testing out the plan I put the SIM card in my old Verizon phone any it work. TCL phones work on Xfinity. They tell you Apple, Samsung and Motorola only work on Xfinity to get you to buy a new cell phone. When you do a look up for your phone it says it's not compatible with Xfinity mobile that is a lie. It does work with Xfinity mobile. Unlock Verizon cell phones work with Xfinity Mobile.
Verizon is Comcast’s partner on xfinity mobile. They literally use their towers. Now. Try it with a Nokia phone or some other phone that doesn’t use android or iOS, and maybe then it doesn’t work. But as far as I it’s just an OS thing.

Technically, this is not correct. Speed is measured in either mega or gigabits per second. Bits are a unit of size measurement, not speed. 8 bits is the equivalent to one byte, 8 megabits is the equivalent to one megabyte, same for gigabits to bytes.

That is the biggest lie ever because they will increase every month five dollars every single month and then annually +10+5 every month but what would be useful for people that are actually wanting some guns is what core streaming service is the best with an existing Internet connection and Xfinity or FiOS. Nobody cares you just bounce back-and-forth like a tennis match between whoever gives you 100 Mb minimum and the rest doesn’t matter. That is all but you need to worry about unless you are like hosting seven streaming RU-vidrs in your house or something which nobody does so this whole gig ethernet is a distraction that nobody needs ---

I live in Houston. I lost my job because there internet kept going out while I was working. Happened everyday. Almost lost my home and got behind on things because they are “supposed to be the best” they aren’t people. Big money grabbing company. So sad man. They don’t care either.
