But y'all need to STOP asking her about marriage and relationships. That is not her specialty. She is SELF focused. She guides people to focus on themselves, which is why a lot of people cant recieve her info because yall too pressed about other people.

I put on my eyeliner and mascara today and some lipstick. I stopped by the gas station had on my French black hat (the one with the twig on it ) lol I had on jeans and black boots and gray sweater. Got me some coffee. I was walking over to the register and this man was looking at me. I looked away and looked again at this point he was staring. I curved my lips into a small smile and he said hi. I spoke back. I got outside he was still staring but on the phone with someone. I left but I thought to myself that a lot has changed since I have straghtened up. Men of all races are taking notice even different age groups. Just a couple of months ago I felt hopeless about my life.I doubted if I cared about living.(I'm tearing up) Now I wake up looking forward to my day to start. I'm going to work on what I tell others about me. Right Shera when I would come home from school and complain about girls picking on me my mother would say "If you wasnt ish they wouldnt be thinking about you!" I hate when she would say this. Even I now I remind myself about this. This video is right on time! I'm leveling up on where I go too. Shera you have a gift and thank you for sharing it. I just dumped my dusty boyfriend. I buy all the groceries and cook for him every time he comes over and he didn’t even buy me a cheap bag of pretzels at the mall. He tells me he wanted a watch for Christmas then gives me a bath and body works gift set. After watching your videos I see the light of what is really going on. Thank you. I hope I’m capable of truly leveling up mentally.

I turn 20 this thanksgiving and I swear I’m gong to change the hell out of my life! I feel abundance and growth heading my way and I’m so ready.

I didnt knew i was so level up until woman at work started hating me and men started sexually harassing me. I just bought nice zara and h&m clothes and i was completely level up! So, i stoped talking to them since then i had a happy life and other people like me started hanging out with me.

This just answers my questions. I could not figure out why these girls at work had a problem with me. I didn't do anything to the girls at work. I don't even work with them. Being pretty is so hard.

My fiance' cheated on me in the outfit that I picked out for him! haha I read his text messages and " the other woman" was literally raving about his outfit. hahah

It feels so good to get rid of all the deadweight.

I found a great place to freestyle... rich area pharmacies, get your prescriptions filled there (nothing too embarrassing), there's a lot of waiting around and opportunities to talk to old rich men!!

1.give up or distance levelled down friends and family 2. Keep your mouth shut from everyone - maybe hire a listener therapist or one or two people on your path 3.hole in the wall places give up. Go to upper scale gyms restaurants malls. 4.fear - give up fear of not getting xyz. Focus on level up men and money will come. Give up laziness excuses. Have hobbies do your thing keep on getting better and better.

One visit to the dentist to level up my future smile put all this into perspective, 1 tooth cost thousands, If he is not able to care for a broken bone or a chipped tooth he is not qualified to care for the bootie.

the only thing i have to give up is junk food and laziness LMAO everythng else comes naturally. But thats still hard for me to give up!

I'm naturally happy for anyone who improves/levels up. I never understood or fully grasped how miserable, jealous, & bitter people can be of someone else's glow up. Very sad that folks are like this. The true definition of a hater. One of my gf's is on the maybe list because she always uses words like bitter, jealous, etc. As my level up continues I'll see how she acts.

Yup, I lost all of my best friends- and they hated me for going to a top college a decade ago, what a learning experience! I realized I was accepting way less around me than I required of myself. No longer am I having such a low bar for people. I apparently made them feel bad about themselves.

You're right sheera, In my country women are taught to be obsessed with taking care of a man and helping him level up by doing most things for him even Washing his underwear. I was one of them, obsessed with taking care of my husband and I started neglecting myself, this man started looking at other women and it drove me crazy. Fast forward to now I am on my level up journey and I am getting the treatment I deserve from everyone including my husband 💕.

At the age of 21, I'm now beginning my level up journey. I have been through so much that has broken my self esteem and my confidence, but I realize my worth and I'm ready to act on it! I know what I deserve and I'm ready to carry myself in a more feminine and just better way in general. (p.s I'm from Chicago, so any fellow level up ladies...hello 👋🏾 lol)

I learned this the hard and as a Scorpio sensitive and took things to heart. I transformed much better each time. I taught myself this at a young age. Now as my 30 th year I learned most women are haters and I put that energy to my looks instead . Even my partner is noticing and giving me more money/compliments. I don't watch your channel for getting men. I'm a lesbian. And although much of the advice is actually transferable, I don't watch for dating advice. I watch your channel and others like it for a few reasons: 1. So much of this is just about loving yourself and taking care of yourself. I realize, I was never taught much of this. I guess I was expected to just figure it out... 2. Because of the work I do, I need to be able to present myself a certain way. I work for myself so impressions mean that much more for me. I'm also in a place in my business now where I have to interact with important people. I have to know how to look and carry myself. I know there are channels for this, but I don't want to just change an image of me. To be most effective, I believe I need to change my actual self for the better. 3. Relationships in general. I believe your advice is helpful in how I interact with all people, friends and family, not just prospective partners.

Listening to Shera while getting ready to go to my ratchet job 😕 But at least I'm waking up, I'm not feeding some dusty, I'm single. I was doing one right thing and that is I'd rather be alone than in miserable relationship. I'm comfortable with myself. Now Shera is reprograming my mind that was poisoned for years and now I'm learning something I should have known awhile ago. Better now or never! It's time to know our worth and level up ladies!

Came back to say that this is gold. Love my older sister to death and she’s done a lot for me (and vice versa). But I have to distance myself. We are in our 20s and she is obsessed with her dusty. She went off on me earlier bc I made a JOKE about a black movie and the typical message of wealthy men being evil and abusive and good men being broke. She yelled at me, told me to shut up and that I have a complex about men, that the movie wasn’t saying that, blah blah. I just got back home from a trip with my BF to visit some of his wealthy extended family. He paid for everything as usual. Her dusty is on her phone bill, his sports car is in her name, they physically fight, he cheats, he’s called her a hoe, he’s called her a MAN (she basically is the man in their relationship), he’s called her fat... she’s called me crying numerous times. I send her these vids for encouragement when she says she’s over him and wants to do better. She’s thrown things in my face, claims I’m only with him for money, claims he’s using me. I’m not telling anyone anything about me that they can’t see right in front of them anymore. My sis adores me so if she’s being a little salty, I know everyone else is probably hating as well. I’ve had cousins, a boss, and friends be shady to me due to jealousy. All you can do is distance yourself. Avoid these types of women, they will ruin you if you let them. If you’re pretty/ fit/ seemingly spoiled or wealthy, some people will simply hate you. This is why very wealthy people ostracize poor people, too friendly and you get robbed.

I'm literally experiencing this right now, but I'm now at peace with it. The level-up journey is not an easy journey, but a necessary one. I've found that it's the people I least expected who weren't happy for me at all. That whole saying keep your friends close and your enemies closer is sad but true.

The women around me are so different than I am. They are still googly eyes for a cute man...all the while he broke and all he has is looks. They can talk about me all they want, her man is old, he’s ugly. All the while I’m living the lifestyle I want.

The dress code is casual at my job. When I started working there everyone was in jeans and sweatshirts. I kept coming business casual and now everyone wants to dress up even the men.

Hi Shera, this video is a GEM. I never really had friends, girls friendship are kind of weird to me. I gave up a 10 year friendship because we weren't in the same level anymore and I felt she was very insecure about it, so she never called me and I told her we were done. I'm french and I left France for Ireland and oh my.... I levelled up financially, physically, i'm much more feminine and I started dating. Even some female coworkers are insecure and feel threatened by me, but I don't pay no mind. I'm kind but not nice, when I smell weird vibes, I automatically take my distances.

I went back to college and it changed my mind and sprit in so many ways. Some, girls I stopped assiocating myself with where girls that would go home w a guy they just met from the pub. I also stopped hanging out w women who make the same mistakes in their lives like having babies out of marriage, and do not hang out w users who do not recate with others or people with addiction. I am still working on myself, in my prossess I worked on servial asspects inwhich held me back:grammar, vocabulary, manners, bad language, offering too much information when on a date or meeting a new person, not getting too close too soon, and not talking to men first. I dropped women that would look to see what I have and try to tske it. Amd, I stopped going to little bars w the same trouble.
