I guess lived here to long i forget the positives. It is very cold this week 20's. I love Washington but i prefer the smaller towns, Like where i grew up in graham. We have a bunch of tribes and one of them is becoming very rich, i love to see the tribes prosper. Traffic has become insane in the past few years not near as bad as Seattle. I love Mt. Ranier (Tahoma) and the ocean, both relatively close. The roads are horrible, the potholes are bad. The north end, University place, stadium area, ruston, Spanaway, parkland are good areas. There are a few more but know the areas before you come here.
Donna, there are a lot of factors that go into where to live. Senior living is a huge passion of mine but we know great places from oly all the way up past Seattle with a ton of different features. If you’re wanting to get together and discuss finding a new home feel free to set up a zoom with us or shoot us an email at info@livingintacomawashington.com Curious, what has you wanting to make a move?
I moved from California 3 months ago. Like me, other people start moving to this beautiful city, and this video and others about Tacoma are very useful and will be very useful for more people eventually.
@livingintacomawashington cost of living, and obviously quality of life. I pay right now only $300 less of what I was paying for rent in San Francisco, but the apartment is twice as big and more beautiful. I know there are cheaper options, but I live with my young boy, and the school I picked for him is beside gorgeous, a category 9 out of 10. School transportation is fantastic, and the school's communication is same, plus Tacoma's geography and surroundings are incredible. Last but not least, it's safety. The whole Tacoma may not be safe, but coming from California, it's not too expensive to rent a place in a safe neighborhood.
@@ingridluna-sarmiento6386 I love to hear that! After this year reach out to me let’s get you in a condo or a house. Another super awesome thing about the area is show fast homes appreciate here. It can really help with your wealth plan! I think for me it’s been the outdoors and all the things to do!
@@ingridluna-sarmiento6386can i ask what school district/school this is? I’m trying to move as well and would love to prioritize such good schools like that!

Oh I see, do you have any suggestions for someone looking into the real-estate business? Where could someone start if they have no real-estate brokerage experience? I know it's off topic, I do apologize. I have been a Washingtonian for 50 years. Started in Puyallup and ended up in tacoma. Thanks for your time. My request is sincere. Have a great day!
