Eggs can be very tricky as many labels contain information, trying to make us as consumers think the Chickens are treated well. Labels like Free Range can mean nothing as some Chickens may never go outside, and are fed strictly GM corn and soy. Going organic means non GM, Healthier Birds, No Routinely added Antibiotics and many more Benefits!

According to Tamarisk Farm:
Pasture raised Eggs are naturally low in calories, fat and sugar; research has found eggs from chickens with access to fresh pasture to contain:
60% more vitamin A
300% more vitamin E,
200% more omega-3
700% more beta carotene
30% less cholesterol and saturated fat.

Thanks for the video. How can you measure nutrition levels you are saying is lower in cheaper eggs?
@thefoodinspector86
@thefoodinspector86 3 месяца назад
Hello, the nutritional values are not much more and not very significant in eggs. But the best you can afford or support the farming method you like.

What about eggs from a farmers market / local farm?
@thefoodinspector86
@thefoodinspector86 3 месяца назад
I'll be making an updated video at some point, just buy the best you can afford. All eggs are nutritious regardless of the farming method.

is there anyway to avoid vaccinated eggs? I see they all are vaccinated supposedly against Semolina, is this MRna, like the channel, and just subscribed

I have read some stuff on this. my understanding is that the vaccine will not affect the meat or eggs. Personally I wouldn't worry too much about this, these days many things cannot be avoided, thanks for the subscription. Really helps the channel!
