Nice that you show you and your shop experience real life issues and mistakes that happen in a normal shop. Some people doing videos want everyone to believe life is perfect and they do no wrong or don’t make mistakes and never cut corners. Thats just life a in shop addressing issues. Good on ya!

Our average sales for the month is ~$350,000, I joined the company 3 years ago as a Office Manager, but we have been in business for 35 years by next April. We have never had salesmen, not one.. well kinda.. The way we are set up is.. Were a wholesale screenprint shop. We sale blanks to local t-shirt makers. A majority of them just so simple at home vinyl cutting/heat press shirts, so they outsource all screen print orders to us. Currently we have 5 Autos, 8 Colors/10 Station and a 6x6 Manual press that we use very little (clamp down jackets/shorts etc) So basically all of our work is from local T-Shirt printing "companies" that need screen printing. Hitting next year we are getting two more Autos as we are gonna be hitting online sales. So theorically, there no salesman but we have about 500 current customers that buy blanks from us and gives us their screenprint orders. We get anywhere from 75-100 orders a week (The $350,000 is not all screenprinting, we also do digital printing/vehicle wraps etc) Around $230,000 on screenprinting.

What’s the distance on your new LED to the glass of your exposure unit? Was thinkin about modifying my non vacuum style unit.

Techinacal terms says the diagonal of your largest artwork, or I just did my largest screen frame, which in my case was 31” and then mumtiply by 1.5, however, I kinda feel personally that’s a little far so I just set my about 32” from the glass. Just need to test and do some research for what will work best in your case

OK, first off I'm a noob to screen printing. I'm looking into getting an Epson Artisan 1400. I asked the seller if it could be used to print transparencies for screen printing. They said NO. I then asked the same question on Epson website..they too said .."NO". that being said everything that I have seen on screening printing forums say this printer is one of the freakin best screening printers...so needless to say I'm a bit corn fused...any help/clarification is and would be greatly appreciated...thanks

we apply it every 36-72 pcs or so.
