I might be wrong, but it seems the more eccentric and nontraditional your character is, the better you do online. Might be a coincidence, might be early game growing pains, but that’s what it looks like to me
"King?? Really??" As a king main, I can answer...........YES!!!🤣🤣🤣 But seriously, king isnt as braindead as people think he is. he just feels obnoxious to play against for tekken players of all levels, but for different reasons depending on the players level.
Whoever said Asuka was carry material clearly doesn't get her character, I struggled to climb into the red ranks when I started out and that was with practice. She has great counter moves, but boy do you have to learn how and when to use them or you'll get punished, hard. She's a strong character though and I feel she is underestimated.
I'm still trying to confirm leo is a dude or not lol. Reminds me of Elliot from DOA, but leo has women's clothes options too. Is he just a cross dresser? Or a woman in disguise?
@@Jsobone Well, during an event in Germany for Tekken: Blood Vengeance, Harada said out of his own mouth that Leo was female and that video is still on RU-vid. I think it's titled "Leo's gender revealed at Tekken BV event". But since T7, they have been pushing towards Leo being male. So since Namco wants to go back and forth, at this point I just tell people Leo is what you want Leo to be.
lol I’m surprised that there are characters capable of carrying you more than yoshi. ( yoshimitsu is my second main) Also, Xioyou is hard to open ppl up with .. and I’ve learned the character myself but u have to depend on her grab launcher to win a lot.. because ppl don’t duck against her that much so yea .

Its more on what mains are doing better in Tekken rather than what characters are. I know if you play Feng or Xiaoyu 100% you will have a higher rank than you have now, I don’t think anyone disagrees. So basically why Feng and Xiaoyu are doing bad? Because their players are barely good for blue ranks, even though the character carried them into blue it wasn’t enough for them.

This is very subjective but as a Leo main low ranks don't really know how to use him to his max potential his counter hits, wall carries, and wall combos are insane LOL. Low ranks don't utilize this and make his win rate super super low LOL
