got mine 5yrs ago. I'm a Field Operator I only remove my watch when taking bath 😆 exposed on harsh environment. I do skate and longboard also. slams, and scratch from pavement. this is one of the toughest watch I jave ever had. planning to buy another colorway.
It seems to be its a kind of similar to GD-350 only difference is it lacks the vibration function and a bit more rugged and tough...This model is not is not available in my country :-(
I'm feeling lucky, punk: Quality never becomes obsolete. I don't agree Gshock are obsolete over the smart watches that aren't as tough. How could the beautiful Mr G ever be obsolete? What worries me for G-shock owners in the US, is with the rumoured shut down of the atomic tower, this will affect millions of G-shock owners. I think this will reduce the value of multiband 6 watches in the US right away and anger G-shock owners, especially who purchased they're model in the last few years.
Exactly, they're so many watches out there but non can beat how tough a G-Shock over the price and useful features. About the waveceptor model, it worries me a bit as well but they're bluetooth options now, that should help. People who lives outside of US could find benefits with the price drops in the US and just hope same thing won't happen to them.

HELP! I changed the battery and reset by touching ac with - but the watch is not turning on. Also tried putting it back together to see if it worked but still no luck and dead. No signs of life. I’m sad 🙁

Having also watched your Inside video for the GD-350 [YT FYVs8MUBjls], I see the module dimensions and shapes are rather similar, but the 3403 [GD-350] module is 1.3mm thicker. Your measurements [W×H×T]: 3403 [GD-350]: 32.07×[?]×7.40 3434 [GD-400]: 32.09×30.76×6.08 Nonetheless, I am burning to know: Is it possible to fit the 3403 [GD-350], complete with its under the crystal frame, inside the case of the GD-400? Having the negative screen, vibration [i.e. stealthiness], direct CDT access & visibility and battery life of the 3403 [GD-350] in the awesome case, colour combinations and - especially - the strap configuration of the GD-400, now, that would be quite the d0g’z b0!!0ckz! Would you oblige and check for us?
@@gshockhighfashion They even made a limited edition version for the skateboarding wear brand "HUF". Look it up, it has a unique display with the letters HUF appearing in the background of the display. I have a black GD-400 and I love it. I had to remove the bullbar since it damaged any thing it scratched against, like walls, lol. Along with being all black, that also made the watch more subtle. It's my daily watch.
Waste of time with the close up shots of the parts, the music is dumb, and you never took the battery out. That would've been helpful for some for replacing it.

G-shocks are getting obsolete.. I have quite a collection but sold them all and now I switched to Smart watches like Garmin coz it has a ton more functionalities to offer & looks way elegant & better than these old watches.

Obsolete you think? I've worn my g shock while diving, rock climbing and racing motocross it's taken rocks and mud directly to the glass I've welded and it's got slag stuck to its case and it's still going hard, meanwhile your shitty smart watch wouldnt even survive one of those activities without chipping or getting damaged not to mention you have to charge it every couple of days if your lucky which is no good when your doing long camping trips in the Bush. So take your city shit and shove it up your ass ahahaha
