Definitely make the racks! I would suggest maybe making the top of the rack look like a mini ramp with the logo smoldered in. I would definitely buy that. Buy ing boards to skate and collect is dope but they can easily take up space in their boxes, and hanging up on the wall. Rack looks like it could 20 board which is convenient for the volume to space it would take up.
Love how the sk8 rack looks very similar to the human spine ! You know its the perfect shape and height to be a great coat rack if you added something off that top shelf ....
I think this looks super fun. Fun in its own right, but also a great obstacle for learning some tricks. I feel like my 6 year old could also get a lot out of this obstacle because of how accessible it is. It just another way to keep skating fun for him while he gets better at it.
I have the slap pad and an issue I have with it is after a lot of slappys hitting the same spot I broke through the wood bank and hade to put another piece of wood on it. Just an idea is to put maybe just a tiny bit of metal or something at the bottom so it doesn't chip up from using it a ton.
The spinal slap looks amazing. Is it possible to shape the underside in a way that makes them stackable? The board racks look great as well!! Thanks for doing what you do! 🤘🤙
This is awesome! I think one that is transition on one side and ledge on the other would be awesome too! You could practice ollieing to grinds/slides and I also ride bmx so making it around 12” would be sick too for peg grinds.
Definitely need a board rack we got boards all over the house, Would be nice to have them all organized and would look nice too! That slap spine is sick too!!!
The obstacle is awesome but that Keen Rack is brilliant! Possible modifications to make - a way to lock them together and stack them up to the ceiling for people who don’t have the space to put two racks side by side. A hole in the cross brace for a wall safety mount would be cool also. Keep innovating!!
this is so sick!!! I love that you are going for 4ft sections. great for beginners and those who don't have a lot of room to store or to load it up and take it to the spot.
Hell yeahh. Need a begginer slappy obstacle, this one seems to incorporate everything together nicely!! 👌👌 Also recognized those board racks and instantly knew who u made them for cuz my first local shop was/is LB Skate 🤘🤘🤘😎😎🔥🔥🔥🔥 looking forward to those personalized racks with holes or cases to keep tools and parts organized-- also some hanging racks with those options could work for apartments with no floor space--endless possibilities, keep it up!! 💯 support
I was seriously thinking of making a raile pretty similar to this before you made the last video, but damn if it's within my budget might just save me some time and get one shipped to me
Maybe a flat surface at either end of the base to support adhesive rubber feet/strips? Good for keeping it steady on smooth and dusty ground (any parking station/indoor parking lot).
Looking at it with the "fish eye" makes me want a curved one, too. Looks like I'll be heading to the Plasma Center to stack funds to get one of these. #SaveTheStoke 🤘🏼🖤
Cool obstacle) I’ll definitely gonna make it by myself fo my DIY skate park in Kiev (Ukraine), few years ago I made similar but three times higher, it was a little hard to skate, small one is 100% more fun to play with)
__That boardrack thing, well by dimension, ikea has a hallway product that's similar in size and that thing is can be called child killer. I've heared multiple such bad accidents happened with really small children. Might be a good idea to add a warning and a wall mount screw hole somewhere, to be attached to the wall. __Love this spinal slappy design and shows stuff can still be progressed. It''s gonna be iconic obstacle, a must have in skate-parks n spots. SImple things matter. Baltic birch? Hello from Estonia !
I love this! I just found out about you guys recently and im stoked on your slappy stuff! Im really interested in making a purchase but i have a question. In the video you say the (now named) slap stick is 6" tall to match the slap pad, but the slap pad shows that its 7" tall when assembled. Is there any chance you'll raise the slap stick to match that? You could do that without having to make it wider by making the transition steeper. Just that 1 inch to match up would be a huge upgrade! I'd pay more for the extra inch too, happily I love what you guy are do for skaters tho!
Im in Canada and cant afford to buy and pay shipping, so i was thinking of attempting to copy this to make at home. How wide is that end piece or the side ramps ?
I would thank you guys a lot if you would link the building instruction and the length specification so i can build it by myself, because i do not have enought money to buy anything from your store (btw im 14)
Love it all, but the racks are such an innovative idea. If you can patent that shit, do it immediately. Love how the company is legit for skaters, by skaters.
I think your company could break into the Onewheel arena as well. There's nobody making obstacles for Onewheels. Of course you would need to have at least one good rider to help direct and test products.
@@lamambas9390 What's the point of singling out white guys and 40 year olds? Do you realize the top rider is a black person, if that kind of lunatic division matters to you?
