And here i was thinking that you had to tighten the adjustment nut to 60nm then rotate the hub both ways 6 full rotations to seat the bearings then back it off and re tighten till the wheel rotates freely with no free play then check the preaload including seal drag is between 0.4 and 3.3 kg for grease i use castrol lithiium "blue grease" and no sealant on the flange cones or gasket aparantly the friction is vital to not shear the studs but yea watching this makes me feel like im to picky lol
Alan your a mechanics mechanic,no piddling about , just get on with it. Workshop manuals full of technical jargon are for amatures. you can't beat years of experiance.
