Thank you for this. For the longest time I was stretching on the floor and it became such a hassle that I ignored doing any stretching altogether. Thanks for showing that loosening up the body can be done in the wheelchair. Namaste 🙏🏾
Thank you for this video. I'm a yoga teacher working with wheelchair bound seniors for the first time and this takes my practice to a whole different level. I am grateful for this learning and study time before I craft my own classes for the group. I wish you peace and send you lots of light and healing.
I love this video. Through your practice, you show how yoga is all about mindful movement and mindful breathing. Beautiful! Thank you for sharing. I will use several of your techniques with my clients. I work with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, a population that often is denied access to yoga classes.

Awesome follow along :) You have a great range of arm motion above the head as observed during the side raise exercise. Do you have any videos that can help me achieve that? At the moment, I cannot for the life of me straighten my arms in that direction
