This was actually a really good video! I feel like were growing on our spiritual and human journey together over the years of watching your videos. I esp like the part about listening to the body and the sensations or intuition. I feel like when you really sit silence, surrend and are honest with yourself and have self compassion( maybe a microdose of mushr**ms), sit with the uncomfortable sensations,you know if the person is for you and that you need to walk away. Detaching from the ego and then actively chosing to listen to your higher self.
