This video is priceless. They all do it. It’s like they are showing me i was right for knowing they were crazy. And it’s my ultimate encouragement and entertainment. 😝 Because i am fulfilled in self love. I don’t get triggered or jealous. I get tickled. :) It’s like they are screaming i was the real deal and i don’t mind all the attention,smears and triangulation because i know i definitely deserve it. 🥳

My ex (who I think has a more aspd bent) followed my content regularly, checking it several times per day (website analytics, I'm a writer) until he learned I was moving. Then...he vanished. I didn't expect how dysregulated I would become once he was no longer watching me. I think I was holding onto the hope it was him missing me and wanting to make amends. It was about supply :). This is why NC is so important. Otherwise it feels like the discard all over again. Strange how manipulative BOTH parties become in the hidden cat and mouse of online connection.

I blocked her and I cut all ties to mutuals. She can't see me, but she does live TikToks. So I stalked her from a private browswer, I don't even need to sign in because her 2 hours long live events are public. (I've been trying to break that habit of stalking her.) About two months ago, she's at her boyfriend's house. She takes care of him first, then goes to social media and ignores him for hours on end while she feeds on the supply of online friends. I know her routine all too well, because I lived, too. Boyfriend is sitting beside her, out of camera view.. once in a while, he says something. We broke up ~30 months ago, have been no contact since. She began to show her audience photos and videos of our dogs... but I was in almost everything she was showing, videos of me playing with the dogs. She has hundreds of photos/videos of the dogs by themselves, but she chose to show her audience the ones with me in it. Clearly we are still trauma bonded to each other. But I felt bad that she is using me to triangulate him. She triangulated me, but in a far more subtle way. I hope he wises up.

He did that to me long before i could ever betray him. I thought we were fine before but he really is a narcissist

Another great video as usual! It's funny but in watching this one I was reminded that early on when I first got with me now ex girlfriend, who claims to be a narcissist, she told me right up front that the only way we would work is if I liked her more than she liked me. And at the time I had no idea what that really meant. But it makes a lot more sense now in retrospect, especially devouring your videos!

Thank you for this. I just blocked him after we had to enter the toxic cycle of contact, ghost, block, stalk and contact. I wanna be done and move on. I’m doing the best I can to heal my anxious attachment and had to pull the trigger. I feel very sad right now but I know it’s for the best.

This is why I deleted all my social media that they knew about. Instagram? Gone. Facebook? Gone. They’ll never have access to me or how I’m doing/what I think ever again. They can’t find me so I’m sure they’ve probably forgotten all about me. I’ll always love them but they’ll never know it. Also, I doubt y’all stalk everyone that’s been in your lives. I’m sure it’s just a handful, right? Part of me can’t imagine him having any interest in me or wanting to know anything about me.

i feel like my ex npd has been doing and feeling all of these, and in a sense makes me feel special lol im def crazy but ive been staying silent. However, someone we both cared about had passed away and messaged her on a platform we both (continued to be freinds on) saying 'stay strong today' - and she unfriended me but didnt block. Decided to check her other socials and see the inconsistent behavior and attempt to hoover me. but obviously if i show any sign of acknowledgement I will be painted black, but at this point I could care less and really want to provide consistency cause I do love her and want to be supportive in her growth- and everyone has trauma bonds as you said in another video....sigh i hate reasoning with my heart lol

I caught him lying so called him out and then blocked him. But it was so painful and I still missed/wanted him so kept looking at his social media. Eventually discovered he was single again but didn’t reach out for fear of rejection. My friend ended up doing it for me so reunited, mutual love bombing, move in together to blow up within 2 months. FULL no contact this time. 7+ months now. (Did I mention I truth smeared him to ruin his public persona in a fit of borderline rage 🙄)y

What proceeds all of this is the toxic person causes much of the relationship issues in the first place AND THEN refuses to do their part to “show up” and help resolve the issues. If you haven’t done a video on this topic, please do!! It’s so frustrating. It’s like.. what was the point of dating in the first place if you’re not going to lift a finger to move beyond issues? Does this have to do with their inability to feel “weak”?

I realized my husband I’m separated from was married to a female covert narcissist four years, before we were together 20 some years. I realized she was one, after dating the Covert Malignant Narcissist after my husband. My husband is a Bipolar I, has some narcissistic traits comorbid. He’s mainly Bipolar though. They’re pretty vicious too. He’s even shot at people. The reason I noticed his ex wife is one is because she mirrors just like my boyfriend did. I used to joke to my husband, and our sons look she became the next boyfriend again. Not knowing what a narcissist was back then, or what mirroring was. She totally mirrored, loved, or took up everything they were into, each guy. I think the longest one maybe lasted eight years. Now her boyfriends keep trying to ask me out, and I tell them no because I think that’s weird. Who would date their hubby’s exwife’s, exes? lol She’s trying to become my friend since my husband and I separated, but I don’t trust her. I don’t hate her, but know why she’s trying. I tip her off though, and have told her your boyfriends are asking me out , only because I think it’s weird, she must hold onto them as supplies because she tells me I still talk to him, even when they’ve been broken up. I’m friends with him, he’s a narcissist she even said. Lol After my husband, her boyfriend liked Superman so she wore Superman clothes, he lifted weights so she lifted weights, after him the next boyfriend had tons of tattoos, raced dirt bikes, and quads so she did those things after him. She was with an Italian guy next dyed her blonde hair, black, loved Italian food, & the Steelers like him. My husband even said I don’t get it. She used to love everything I loved my music, cars like I did, etc. She also did what Lee says and mirrored me. If I had a baby as soon as he was born, she was pregnant the next week. We went to Cancun on our honeymoon. She went to Cancun a few weeks later. I bought a black Mercedes-Benz. She bought the same one but red. What’s also funny, my husband said they went an entire year, not talking to each other at all lol

Mine was due to it being a form of I guess revenge? It was my own form of mind games that I did back to her. Wasn't hard. I kinda just set the ball in motion and let her paranoia do the rest. I believe heavily that she has npd and I have very strong bpd traits that kinda come out that .1% of the time. Wad sort of like you said in the past about your not gonna forget me lol....oh my is that happy campers truck coincidentally parked by the bar I go to?! Maybe it was. let your paranoia fill in that answer lol

I’m not sure if I’m the bpd or npd one, but i do see patterns of behavior that has lead me to watch your videos over the last year, along with Sam Vaknins. I believe codependent cluster b and she is an avoidant one. The shared fantasy is a huge part…we both rather fake being happy without each other…that just having this urning makes us feel alive. And if we acted upon it, it wouldn’t be the same. The “what if” is almost better than having the real thing. Because at least we have “power and control” over it, and not having to deal with disappointment in our selfs or each other. As I’ve continued to learn and self reflect, I had to grieve a loss of the fantasy (relationship, admiration, addictive sex,etc) and relearn how to love unconditionally, both for myself and this person. But now I get upset when I see the same repeated behavior. The same tricks and lies. We had an argument and I used love bombing and left after I knew she was going to discard me. Because you’re right, I don’t want her to forget me. I wanna be the perfect “what if”. But now she’s continuing to use that against me with some npd jujitsu lol, to publicize how happy and how her new man is the best, that one could ever love her more, etc etc. but I believe she’s completely making it up. Reverse hovering with by using a made up relationship. There are just too many inconsistencies and gaps in her behavior. Again it upsets me. I wanna be wrong. Wrong about all of this, everything. But regardless I have the desire to be better. Just to live up to this fantasy where I am the “perfect what if”…and im trying to let go of that but it might take me a lifetime.

What about if they comment on my Instagram story and I reply and they ghost or if they text me and i reply and they go ghost or if you try and call or text (reach out first) and they don’t reply?

What happens though when the narcissistic person has been blocked and is unable to stalk social media.?

I was hoovered last night after 6 months. He was always checking up on my social media and finally texted.He wanted to come to my house I said I was out. He didn't believe although it was not a lie.
