In high school did anyone have these little classes that you had to sign up for and attend either at the beginning of your normal class or after your last class. I remember signing up for art. I was never sure what the point of home economics was. However I did look it up an und now see that I should have taken it. I instead learned how to draw. My most important class in High Scholl was JRROTC. We were wanna be soldier and had sleep overs (guys and girls) We would watch movie, at the AIR FORCE TECH SGT home bc his son was in our class. We also went to out of town competitions where I won multiple first place trophies. I was very successful at single competition and stayed away from the doubles competition but had to do the drill as a platoon drill. I was a team player but it was very important to study my success. I learned early in field of tactics, the history of military operations, and controlling a team or platoon. When I joined I was immediately promoted and had my sights on Ranger School and Special Forces training. I did not expect the war on terror. I was successful in attending the schools but the war changed my perspective of the military and civilians. Those 12 years came at a hefty cost mentally and physically. When I exited and went to college. Our professor knew my history bc we had to right a paper. One of my classmates told the prof he was entering the Military. The prof looked at me and asked don't you wanna tell him something. I immediate said no and my perspective and service was very unique and his job and possible deployment might be the best time of his life Or he could die. who is to say. I am pro military and the bond you build with your friends and allies will be full of rewards and you might lose your life or friends. I feel sorry for the new soldiers especially the females. What I can see now is that America and its citizens has a love hate relationship with us. We are a necessary evil and when the new generation goes into combat, The infantry should review war tapes in mass for atleast an hour so they know who and what they are facing. No mercy will come from the enemy and the very small group of American vets who went to Ukraine need their passport to be taken at the gate and forced to watch videos and be told, Ukraine is NOT A SUPERPOWER AND RUSSIA IS. You have no friends and no protectors. Those 2 in the news were very lucky and rare. Stick to your people and meaning Americans unless you wanted to die on a distant battlefield like i did. Watching all these men and women, I wonder why mu husband complains but never tries to work with me to fix things. I have been earning reasonably , I support him financially whenever he asked. I buy my own tickets. I took him on holidays sharing expenses or covering the expense entirely(for example, Switzerland ) as a birthday gift, I cook and clean for him, I take extra care of him, I never nagged, I avoid arguments to enjoy present moment, I have always been polite to his parents, even though his mother constantly taunted me and bullied me and I did much more. But he nullified everything and said I never loved him and only kept my responsibility. What should I really do?
I seriously cannot blame men for not wanting to date a woman from the US. They expect everything but give nothing in return. My Grandfather would've done anything for my Grandmother but she would also do the same for him. After he died it was like her world ended, I would hear her praying asking to die so she could be with him again. She did that every night. Both of them worked their butts off to become quite wealthy. He worked for the Post Office riding the trains protecting the gov checks for the military. She was an accountant and one of the few people in the US to learn how to operate IBM computers, the ones that took those cards with slots punched in them. My Grandfather was extremely good at Math and made tons of money on trading futures. They're marriage worked because they helped, respected, communicated, and loved each other. If anyone is thinking about getting married make sure that not only your partner but you yourself treat the other the same. That woman in the last vid isn't worth buying a broken toilet seat for! I hope he dumped her and found a woman who appreciates him.
