I noticed he had a slight accent in one of his conversations with Elizabeth in season 1. It's barely noticeable though, and I just accidentally caught it. In one of his interviews he also mentioned that when he memorizes his line, he also practices it without his Australian accent. He's done so well.
I'm in love with this show!!! It's absolutely beautiful the story line the love interests everything!!! just spent the last day and a half watching season 1 and season 2 all but the last episode because I can't fine it :(. All I have to say is Elizabeth Thatcher you better pick Jack Thorton!!!! Charles has had many chances along the years to swoop you off your feet and he hadn't yet!!! can't wait for christmas to see the two hour christmas special!!! Then Season 3!!! alrighty carry on back to business:)♡

Ela disse que uma curiosidade sobre Daniel (Jack) é que ele não sabe a força que tem. Então, no episódio 1 da 2ª temporada, na cena onde Jack iria ensinar Elizabeth a andar de cavalo, eles estavam tímidos e já iam refazer a cena pela terceira vez. Para ajudar, Erin (Elizabeth) deu um pulo, Daniel segurou pelo quadril dela para a impulsionar, mas foi com tanta força que ela passou por cima do cavalo e caiu numa moita.
Admiro o trabalho de vcs , porque mesmo sendo uma história, na realidade poucos desempenha esse papel. Muito gratificante, e que vcs possa ter essas qualidades no mundo real. Deus os abençoe sempre.

I love this show but it will never be the same without Jack (Daniel Lissing), but if he left for reasons that were personal to him then we all should respect that.

I can not understand why the reason for a series that is delivering certain values that today a lot has been lost only has as the essence of a book, I am sure that if Jack had continued in the series they could have delivered another type of teaching at the of marriage with their pro and con or the other the commitment of the actors not only with a production team but with the people who see them. Sincerely for everything that Jack did despite being a Mounted Police, with the risks he always ran, until he overcomes those fears and marries Elizabeth, and for her it was Distressing when He had to do his duty, but that strength of them and hope was what they transmitted also Jack was going to leave the Mounted Police on missions outside the town, and he falls dead, which I do not know if it was because Daniel (Jack) wanted to withdraw or because they killed the character, then two arrive characters conquering Elizabeth's love, which does not leave me teaching because usually, when one is a single mother or a widow, the time is dedicated to children, work, in his case writing, teaching, preparing classes, it is believed that one he will have time to worry about who I like or who I choose or who causes me butterflies, I feel that when Jack died there was a break in the series. I also wouldn't be happy for Jack to appear as a ghost, but if it would be interesting for him to come back I think it would bring more interest to the series.

I couldn't handle acting in a love movie escpicualy as a couple since unless you are in real life it's hard, and I'd feel to awkward doing kissing scenes.

I really love this show and love Daniel Lissing but recently the shows show his face signs of drinking too much. I don t know how to explain it but you know in medical industry you just see. I still love him though his so beautiful in that Monty suit.
This is a lovely show and I appreciate it. That being said I need to say that it is getting hard to watch--it's TOO perfect. Losing at least some sense of realism in the story line. The two boys eat the wedding cake and the mom just smiles and encourages them to think of a life lesson in it and moves on--The kids burn the church (who is watching the kids at night?) and the whole town rebuilds it in a day even though they are all cash poor with the bank failing and struggling to survive--Elizabeth's wealthy family don't contribute a penny to her wedding or dress- the cash poor town goes into credit in order to make her a dress and rebuild the church so HER day is perfect and THEY pitch in to make a feast (what about the poor people needing to pay for food in this cash poor-bank failed scenario?) Really? The town who was so dirt poor just a few years ago now seems to be a RICH town? ALL the buildings are in perfect condition and colorfully painted- The streets are perfect and graveled and clean. The town people's clothes are so unrealistic for a small western town- women are walking around in pristine white (out west?) blouses and an array of coats- lavendar-pink-burgundy-pale blue-white-etc. coats. I would think owning mulitple coats of various colors would have been for the rich-not ordinary towns people. Elizabeth walks around with skin tight blouses (to accentuate the actresses tiny waist) -she wears a full face of makeup- etc. Women back then wouldn't want to frequent the "saloon" but these women do as if it is just another restaurant. Yes it is a "clean" saloon witout hookers but it still serves alcohol and "decent" women back then wouldn't have taken being in a saloon so lightly due to the alchohol. What happened to the story line of jack/elizabeth in the books? That is out the window. Now she is going to be a single mom? I'm sure the town will sacrifice all to take care of HER. I love the show and I love having a family friendly show to watch but it is just becoming so unrealistic that it draws attention to the fact it is "just tv". Little house on the prairie respected the books and although was "made for tv" still had realism thrown in so that you truly felt you were watching a page of life in that time.
Jack is dead.Guess he found a better job, a new girlfriend ,she is a real estate agent. I learned thid on a spoiler alert. Really Sad and I have no understanding why Hallmark woud do this on the season finale.
