When Cops JUMP Over A CAMERA Filming Them 

Honestly commentator you are quite the impressive person to do this videos nightly and have them be of such quality.

Auditing first requires you to have a confrontation hopefully peacefully on the side of law enforcement where they make illegal threats that either they, while wearing body cams get the incident recorded or YOU are recording or both. The police will do what they will do legal or not and that just adds to the exculpatory evidence to use when you go to court to defend yourself from any charges and then later to use as evidence in your lawsuit against the police, city and mayor. Factors that could make things more difficult would be if the law enforcement dispatched to the scene are corrupt and then do things like illegally take your photographic devices and possibly try and break them or erase them as well as corrupt their own body cams. All this just strengthens your case. So, always have at least two cameras going, one in plain sight and the other hidden as a spy cam. There are button hole cams and writing pen cams you can get cheap. Also an audio recorder that doesn't look like a recorder would also be useful. One other back up would be to have another person there but NOT looking like they are associated with you that is also secretly filming. As badly corrupt as our national law enforcement has become, we need to protect ourselves. You never know what mental state an officer is in or if they are acting out of a psychopathic nature. We just saw on another channel where an old man was confronted at his home and without any warning was grabbed at his door and thrown down on to the concrete smashing his face and all the while being completely innocent. That tells us that our law enforcement entities are always ready to bypass any investigatory procedures and go straight to using psychopathic violence. So, you have to always expect the worse to happen as Mr. Sean has learned.

It doesn’t matter if the police win on scene because they’re going to lose in federal court. Clearly established case law holds precedent. Sean is in a great area for holding law enforcement accountable because of the amount of circuit court decisions.

SEAN KNEW HE HAD EVERY RIGHT TO BE THERE ON PUBLIC PROPERTY, AND FILM ANYTHING THAT HE CAN SEE , AND THAT COPS CANT LEGALLY TRESPASS ANYONE FROM PUBLIC PROPERTY .
